After a great deal of deliberation, Caelainn has been retired as ruler of Chaillot. She agrees with this decision as she really does not have the time anymore.
So we are opening up the rulership of Chaillot. Everyone will have two weeks to decide whether or not they want to put in for doing this, so, everyone has until the
12th of November to let us know they're interested in a position. They will then have 6 weeks
(December 25th) to work on their application. Yes, Christmas Day sucks, but we’re planning on getting through the applications quickly and announce the winner on the 1st of January.
For these rulers, Queen, Warlord Prince and any Jewels, light or dark are cool. Just the usual rules of having been with us at least a month and active by the end of the "calling for rulers" period.
Now, if you're interested and meet our requirement of having been with us a month, this is what we'll be asking of you:
- A completed character sheet, either for a Queen or a Warlord Prince
- A plot for your Territory*
- Names and Jewels of Any Province rulers you may change.
- Names of District rulers, and jewels. We do not require descriptions of these Districts or Rulers. Three Districts per Province is good.
Please work with the information that has been provided to you by The Team and previous rp to enrich your submissions. Also, please make a note in your finished application if you would be interested in either a Province or District ruler if you are not chosen for Territory Ruler.
* What we mean by plot is how your character will take the throne, and where you intend to take your Territory and what sort of conflict you would like to have. Now, you can talk to other members of the board in a hypothetical sort of manner, like "if I get ruler, would you be interested in doing such and such a thing?"
Now I will let you know what Erica and I had planned for the future of things in case you want to use it. Lucius was going to attempt to assassinate Rosalind. We’ve not gotten an answer about what we’re allowed to do with the Queen, but I will update here once we do. For now assume you’re not allowed to kill or seriously maim her. The admin have also decided that if potential rulers would like to have themselves more established then having just taken power, that you can perform a time hop of up to two years.
