Having many real-estate holdings, Warren will have a series of penthouses and suites that will be available in one specific building that will allow those that remain to stay relatively close to each other. They will be kept up by a couple of mutant town refugees that Warren has hired that will allow the occupants to focus more on what is needed to regroup and rebuild. They will be on several floors and will have been part of a prearranged plan developed by Warren and Scott in case of an event like this. They will be located in a more upscale part of manhattan.
