Powers: Mind control of animals and lesser primitives via music.

Prior to his genetic alteration through exposure to the sacred mists, Piper was a village musician, his talents displayed at religious festivals and ceremonies. Using animal bones and wood he carved his instruments, specializing in pipes and horns. After exposure, he gained an increased understanding of music and its theory and composition, but more importantly a mind-controlling ability that is directly influenced by his playing. Using different pipes and songs he is able to control various species of Savage Land fauna, including the primitive folk of the Swamp Tribe. He carries his pipes with him, using his song often to lure animals out for easier hunting.
