Well this here's Rho...a nifty guy who can fly and shift his density to either go intangible, or gain increased strength/durability.....and whatnot.

His player has no manipulation talent whatsoever and throws himself at the feet of whoever wants to help him with a Sig and or Avi, or hopefully both.
