This is a slightly large plot that is going to overlap and interweave between a few others, but the starting rumbles of it will be beginning soon.

Part 1:
In the aftermath of the altercation between X-Investigations and The Morlocks in the streets of Hell's Kitchen, Callisto realizes that she recognizes the scent of Alix Smith; it's been in the tunnels for a good long while now. After some tracking, she locates Alex Summer's X-Factor hideout, and taking a few people with her, they pay a little visit.

Tempers flair and expectations can be issued by both sides, and perhaps conflict is about to spill out, but the groups ultimately come to a grudging understanding and a live and let live policy between the two groups.

Part Two:
In the course of X-I's investigation of the Santa's case, they track the problem to a mutant who has affiliation with the Morlocks. They find and arrest him, and when Callisto catches wind of it, it stresses relations with the Morlocks and Topside that much further. Afterwards, Callisto approaches Madrox and makes clear her discontent. Interfactional relations suffer. At the end of this we use the chance to catch up with current board time.

Part Three:
One night in the tunnels, a mutant by the name of Sonny Bean's mutation experiences rapid, explosive progression, and he transforms into a hulking monster who, after tearing the alley apart, rockets off into the tunnels.

After they fail to effectively track or stop him, the Morlocks begrudgingly come to the Mutant Hunters for help, expressing that both sides have a vested interest in making sure that Sonny Bean doesn't attract too much attention to the Undercity, where they both hide. The two groups move to track him down together, and when he is cornered, a brief combat will ensue, and once detained, an argument boils over between Alex and Callisto over how to handle the mutant. Relationships between the two groups devolve even further.

Part Four:
The Morlock arrested by X-I goes missing, turning up dead a few days later when authorities find him floating in the Hudson. Simultaneously, Alix Smith and JonnyClone go missing from their respective groups. When they wake up, their world perspective changes, and thanks to cooperation between a couple of Morlocks, they now think that they are part of the group. They spend a while (I figured a week or two in game) among the Morlocks. It's not long though before X-Factor and X-Investigations wise up to what exactly has come to pass, and they find their way to the Morlock's new Alley.

End Game:
As the united people of XI and XF descend upon the Alley, they are face with resistance not only from the Morlocks but from their former friends and allies. A skirmish results, and before too long, to prevent further bloodshed or broken bones, Alex Summers challenges Callisto to a one-on-one duel for the right to rule, and the two of them, surrounded by their peers, come to blows.

This is a relatively bare outline, as it only covers the key events without trying to telegraph anybody's actions. As for how long this takes to play out, that's very hard to predict, though I think we can have it done in a month or a month and a half if we stay dilligent.

In the aftermath, the two brainwashed folks will be restored to their previous faculties and things will start taking a different turn for each faction.

Dunno if you;re looking for signups yet, but include her wherever. She is useless in a fight, but at least in her astral form she isn't a hostage waiting to be taken; she can scout around and yell "Magnum, duck!" at key moments.

January 27th - Incursion
Battle for the Undercity Part One.

It's been over a month since Anansi and Caliban's fuckup, and after tracking movements in the tunnels along less-traveled paths and verifying their location through Dreamer's ever-usesful astral projection, Callisto makes ready to travel to the Mutant Hunter base, searching for Alix Smith. What she and her group find however is a bit more than they bargained for.

I would love for Tommy to be involved at some point in the story line. Her abilities make her useful for reconnaissance or perhaps she could go the 'voice of reason' route as a Morlock lacking the extreme isolationist views of the others.
