| Welcome to Xmen Revolution. We hope you enjoy your visit.
If you are looking for the best X-Men rpg around, you found it. We're a non-movieverse based on but not stringently following 616 canon.
Currently, we're accepting canons and OCs, and because the game does have some adult themes like violence, we have to limit our players to at least sixeen years old.

And so it came to pass, that X-Corporation succeeded in its venture towards globalization, setting itself foot forward as the future of Mutant-Human relations. Opening new branches in Los Angeles, London, Paris, Mumbai, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, it stands prepared to offer help to any and all who need it; human or mutant, rich or poor.
As the Head Quarters in New York City begins to settle into its place as the nerve center for X-Corp Global, the company isn’t without growing pains. Planned expansion of its Upstate storage facility has been hitting mysterious snags with no real explanation, and, what’s even more unnerving, is that the newly opened Mumbai branch has received an odd transmission from a wayward research station in the Nepalese Himalayas.
Doctor Kavita Rao, an associate of both X-Corp Mumbai’s Ahat Shapandur and the newly arrive Doctor Nemesis, has sent out an emergency broadcast for help. Not wanting to risk public exposure so soon after their global push, Shapandur calls in Hartley to ask what should be done.
Upon investigation, it’s discovered that a splinter-group of the scattered Purifiers calling themselves the Sons of Genesis have hijacked the facility, intent on stealing research data being conducted and gathered there. What could tempt them so soon after their crippling losses in America? Nobody yet knows; the facility was funded by a top-secret private contractor, and the only hint Dr. Rao’s hasty transmission offered is that it was not what she signed up for.
So, why is X-Corps going in? The Facility isn’t an X-Corp property, in fact, it’s only connection is the one existing between scientific colleagues, who happen to work for the same company. We aren’t soldiers, we aren’t the X-Men. Why us?
Well, like the X-Men, we don’t leave our own behind.
That, and Dr. Rao made sure to mention that it was imperative that the research at this facility cannot fall into the wrong hands; to do so would be disastrous. Perhaps she left the why’s of it vague so as to ensure her rescue as the proverbial carrot on a stick.
The Plan: This plot will take place in two to three threads. Thread One: Arrival The trek to the mountain-top lab is not one that can be made by conventional vehicles. Typically, people arrive via air, but uncharacteristically severe whether plaguing the mountains in combination with the time-sensitive nature of the issue itself mean we’ll be doing a bit of hiking. X-Corp will arrive at the way station that serves as the facility’s gateway, where we’ll be briefed more in depth on the situation at hand. This, in true style, will function as a rescue mission. From there, we’ll proceed by cable car to the facility itself.
Thread Two: Rendezvous Once we reach the facility, we have to find two VIP’s, Mikael Munch, the Facility’s Chief Security Officer, and Doctor Kavita Rao, the station’s ranking scientist. They will hopefully help us get a handle on the situation and find away to extract any important research and researchers before the Sons of Genesis can do any more harm. It is imperative that we obtain both the data and any living researchers, as well as evade the radicals for as long as possible.
Thread Three: Escape With everything in tow; get off the mountaintop. How we do this, well, we’ll have to cross that bridge when we come to it.
I’m thinking five tops on this one. An NPC will be present in the form of Doctor Rao.
