March 27 early afternoon
The reunion was over Scott had made his peace with what he wanted to say, and now it was all over allowing all those present to return to their lives. Sadly Blindfold graciously rose from her chair and began her long trek towards the door as her mind began to listen to the many thoughts that permiated the room. Blindfold was not a gossip hound nor was she incredibly nosy she just didn’t have full coverage on her own powers. Blindfold could sense it in the very air how nervous those whose names were not mentioned how they craved to be on the tactical squad. A chance perhaps to show their skills or what they were made of a chance at promotion.
IT did not matter to Ruth it was none of her business she already knew what team she was going to be on. She knew because she saw it already in a vision like always a few days ago or was just this morning. It was always hard to keep a choronological stand point of her visions. They came so frequently and repeated themselves so much it was virtually impossible for her to keep track of them all. And even with her visions Ruth didn’t know everything she saw perhaps key pivotal things, but not what might have led to them. She saw people dying, but rarely had the explanation as to why they did. It was both her blessing and her curse.
Blindfold continued to walk along the hall exiting the room sighing to herself as she headed towards the window. Watching her fellow students pass her by without even acknowledging her existence. It was true no one knew her and those who did know her didn’t care for her. She was alone in this school and although that thought haunted her it also somehow gave her some sort of comfort.

Shina was most interested by this woman. She wore a blindfold, but seemed to be seeing perfectly fine. The only reason she hadn’t approached her and talked to her already is something only her eyes could see. Normally, on a telepath, the tentacles that was their link to others was directed, looking like a thick tentacle of mental energy that linked their minds, and only presented itself whenever they directed it to.
This woman however, had a vast array of much thinner tentacles that latched onto people’s mind at complete random… showing that she didn’t have full control of her ability. Regardless, Shina knew she could handle that little part… hell, if she truly couldn’t control it, she might have to permit her to keep a link open so she didn’t waste her energy, as much as she hated the general idea. She needed to hold out on her current level of energy to keep from getting energy hungry again… and that wasn’t something she needed right now.
Slowly, Shina approached the woman, noting her look. She was an outcast, but she didn’t look bad at all… her face fare and although she was a little skinny she looked pretty good. Shaking that from her mind she walked closer, keeping an active eye on the tentacles around her. One shot towards her mind on almost instinct, and Shina put her hand up and changed her energy frequency to the exact opposite as the blind woman’s mental energy. That way, at least Shina would know. Pushing out a hint of her now reversed energy towards the tentacle, the mental link seemed to recoil, backing away from the energy. This was interesting to Shina too, as most mental links proceeded forward anyway and were broken as a result. Her ability must be different…
“Hey… why are you hanging out over here all by yourself?” she asked, getting closer now.

She comes Ruth thought quietly to herself as the sutdents continued to plow right by her giving her no notice what so ever. Not that it was a bad thing Ruth had come to expect that everyone would ignore her, and had grown quite accustomed to it. Still though amongst the many loud mental shouts Ruth was able to decipher a varied few one in particular pertained to her.
Or rather someone was noticing her and wodnering why she was always alone. The fact that another person was interested in her made Ruth want to rumage more into their mind than she had already done, but through sheer force of free will Ruth did not pry. Keeping her mental powers to herself Ruth simply stood by the window watching like she always did.
It was amusing thought very amusing Ruth told herself as she continued to hear the woman’s thoughts about Blindfold and her ‘tentacles’ in which Ruth could only asume she meant her telepathic powers. Hgow truly little this person knew about Ruth’s powers, but then again that wasn’t anything new either. Even Ruth didn’t know much about her own powers all she knew was that they were different from normal telepath’s in a way
. Even if she could not latch onto the woman’s odd mind with her ’tentacles’ as she called it. Ruth had other ways of getting around this little handicap. Still though reframing on using her powers on the woman Blindfold simply awaited until she apprached her. Waiting was a skill so well learnt by a precog it seemed almost second nature now.
Slowly the dull whispers of the woman’s mind began to grow ever so louder. Soon they were booming in her mind as the noise of the other students began to fade in the distance. They were alone Ruth could tell even if she couldn’t see she could tell the others had long vacated the nearby premises leaving only Ruth alone with the woman before her. Who was she Ruth wondered and then sighed as her memory recalled who she was. She had seen this woman before in her mind in her dreams in her visions.
Shina an even more confused person than Ruth was which somehow made Ruth feel worse about herself. Ruth Aldine lifted her head ever so slightly as the strands of her dark hair intermingled with that of her blindfold’s as the woman spoke to her. “Yes thank you she is not alone. Never alone always together, always here, but there too excuse me Yes stop shoving please.”

Shina noticed several things. The first of which was something normal... the fact that, as usual for a telepath, that most of her mutant energy was located in her mind, and nowhere else. But what was more interesting is the way energy danced around her. Normal telepaths will burrow into a person's mind to get their information, but her, she seemed to be absorbing it straight out of the ambient energy in the air... as though free thoughts would go in an out of her mind. Interesting... but it was quite possible that her idea was incorrect as well.
Still staring out the window, she lifted her head slightly, the blindfolded woman seeming to acknowledge her existence, and then listen to her words.
“Yes thank you she is not alone. Never alone always together, always here, but there too excuse me Yes stop shoving please.”
Shina's head went backwards, her face contorted in confusion for a moment as she tried to piece together what the woman was saying. 'Yes thank you she is not alone. Never alone always together, always here, but there too' seemed to be the first segment, and Shina worked for a moment to try to translate. Shina wasn't sure if the woman was talking in third person or not, but she either said that Shina was never alone or that she herself was never alone, someone always there. Considering the question, Shina guessed that she was referring to herself.
'Excuse me Yes stop shoving please.' That could only be in reference to the slightly rude kids that had been brushing past her earlier. Something about her speech seemed either lagged or garbled, as though she was dealing with a lot of things at once... or perhaps she was talking in reverse order to the chain of events.
"What do you mean you are never alone?" she asked politely, curious and inquisitive, while still maintaining a sense of being polite. Well... as polite as the pure military bred woman could be. Politeness wasn't something the Army taught very often in basic training. "So... what do you think about what, ah to hell with it. You and me are very similar... both physically blind, yet still able to see... What do you see?" Shina asked, deciding that beating around the bush just wasn't her style.
Mentally, Jane was trying to speak as well, and did so by trying to throw her thoughts out. Hey... forgive Shina, she isn't exactly the subtle type... and she has the reigns right now. We are kinda like sisters, but in the same body. Being a telepath, I am sure you have had to deal with such things before right? she thought to her, testing to see if she would hear and understand Jane as well.

Blindfold has spoke her mind she had answered the woman’s question, and quite coherently in her opinion. No longer fainting interest in the conversation Ruth turned away from the woman once more facing the endless direction of the window. She stood there allowing the sun’s gentle illuminous rays to fall on her sweet tender cheeks, giving her warmth to a point. Of course being a clairvoyant Ruth need not even face the direction of the equally blind woman to see her. Her powers allowed her to witness everything around her as a gamer would witness his game screen. Placing a finger on the thin glass Blindfold continued to listen as the woman thought.
It seemed like those before her Shina as she was known in the school was plaguing over Ruth’s odd speech pattern. Ruth didn’t need to be a psychic to know that she was doing that, all people did it when they first heard her talk. In fact Scott was about the only person Ruth could think of off hand that knew what she was saying in the moment. Not even needing a second to process it mentally he just knew. It always astounded her how smart the man was. Tracing the edge of the window Ruth forced herself from her thoughts as to better listen to the words of this woman.
Of course it came to hardly no surprise to Ruth as the woman before her Shina was it? Well it came to no surprise what so ever that the woman did not understand what she said. Thus taking her words probably the wrong way and twisting it in her mind until they made sense. Or so Ruth thought, because mainly everyone did that. It was a curse she thought to herself to be the way she was. It was almost like she was a modern day Cassandra to whom no one would listen to. Of course people listened to her they just didn’t understand her which in a sense might be construed as the same thing. Hearing her question Ruth did not turn to acknowledge the woman this time. She merely continued to trace the edges of the window with her fingers while staring sightlessly outside.
“She is never alone they are always there beside her. Talking pardon yes talking, but never listening. Oh excuse me it’s ok she is just happy for the company. Pardon yes oh yes she sees like the asker, but no she sees better. The darkness is so bright it hurts of the darkness burns her eyes, and please no rude yes. Quiet is so loud it hurts please to lower the volume!”
Ruth replied in her usual low barely above a whisper volume as her voice so deep it sounded almost prophetic in nature reverberated through the air around the both of them. Ruth’s words were even more jumbled then usual, but that was after all what would happen if you try to have several conversation’s at once. Some were bound to mix into others thus making her current ones quite uncomprehendable.
"Oh she sees thank you no she thinks she sees pardon but she doesn't not. None of them see they are no music doesn't allow them to see."

Shina stood, and although her look didn't really change, she mentally wanted to smack Jane. Shina didn't like telepaths in her head, and yet Jane seemingly wanted to invite them to a mental conversation?! What the hell?
For a moment, Shina closed her blind eyes, focusing for a moment. She needed to talk to her 'so called sister'... before anything happened that they both might regret. 'Why would you call out, to a telepath of all people, with thoughts? That is practically inviting them into our head.' Shina said, looking at Jane within her own mind. Well... Scott is right. She isn't going to hurt us, and if she does it isn't really her fault. You saw it for yourself... she doesn't have full control... and I don't think she's like the others... She's like us. I mean, think about it. She's blind and she can see! Jane retorted, bringing her side to the debate to life.
'Perhaps your right... but that doesn't mean we can't invite a telepath into our head... it's not right.' Shina rebutted. Don't be scared to let someone in... especially someone we can talk to... someone like us. We really need to get over this... telepath-phobia we have, or we aren't going to get anywhere around here. Shina glared at Jane, not liking the idea but not liking being called scared even less. 'Fine... we will try it... but I warn you, you let her take over any part of us, or if I think something is up, I am coming back in here and kicking your ass.' Shina then faded from the mental conversation.
Shina, now her physical self again, opened her eye. In reality, the conversation had taken less than a second, mental communication being much quicker and easier than standard talk.
Shina and Jane both analyzed what was being said, this time, it was a little more clear. 'She is never alone'... obviously talking about herself in third person. Perhaps there is someone with her that Shina was unaware of? 'Oh excuse me it’s ok she is just happy for the company.' So... she didn't have company often, and liked having someone to talk to. That much should have been obvious by the way all those people seemed to just ignore that she existed...
'Pardon yes oh yes she sees like the asker, but no she sees better.' Ah... so she can see through her ability, but better than Shina. Interesting. But 'The darkness is so bright it hurts'? That didn't make a lick of sense. Jane understood the last part though, and tried to hush her thoughts a little. Sorry she mentally whispered.
Shina herself also turned her tone down, noting that like herself all sounds were louder, clearer, a side effect to technically being blind, the other senses increasing in effectiveness.
"Oh she sees thank you no she thinks she sees pardon but she doesn't not. None of them see they are no music doesn't allow them to see."
"I don't see what you see... What do you see?" Shina asked, her volume turned down considerably. Jane was also curious now, seeing to what end that the woman was referring to.

Ruth simply ignored the woman before her as she went back to her own thoughts. She had enough problems in her life without inviting the problems of another person. This girl or woman which ever she fancied herself being clearly was at odds end with her other self or sister or what ever they were. Ruth honestly didn’t care what kind of dispute they were having the only real concern this young depressed woman harbored was the fact their little bickering was becoming quite annoying. It was one of the slight problems of being a telepath all thoughts and conversations were open to her no matter what.
Try as she might though Ruth was no miracle worker she doubted if Professor Grey Summers herself would have been able to tone the two’s loud bickering. Well that is if she was able to reach in to their minds and listen to their thoughts. The pounding loud yelps and screams came tumbling into her mind unwanted, and unbidden.
Ruth knew this woman was able to severe people’s thought links but Jean Grey Summers was a class A telepath able of doing almost anything. Could she really block out her power if Jean really wanted to read her mind. Ruth tapped hard on the glass as her mental ears caught some of the words being thrown about in that woman’s endless chasm of a mind.
How intriguing Ruth thought to herself as the words floated ever so calmly Into her mind dulling out what ever thought she was thinking at the time. So this woman didn’t like telepaths well no surprise there most humans, and mutants for that matter didn’t really like telepaths.
Still though what made Ruth press her fingers against the glass with a bit of irritation setting itself within her mind was the fact that she kept brigning up the point that she could see even thought she was blind. IT was annoying to be reminded that Ruth Aldine had no eyes true, but to hear it numerous times from the same person was becoming quite vexing even to her.
Ruth stood quietly as she had stood all through this conversatiuon listening to this woman talk while allowing her mind freedom to soar to other parts as her interest waned drastically. Hearing Shina’s voice so firm and low snapped Ruth from her mental ramblings, and back to reality. Turning towards the woman once more Ruth heard her speak clearly now as she cuped both hands before her.
“I see what I see. She sees what she sees, and you know oh pardon nothing. Yes excuse me but he will call yes and when he calls pardon will I be there. Elite she is an elite how lovely how sad. ”

Although Shina had not, Jane did notice that the two of them bickering, even mentally, was taxing on the poor woman that they had approached. Jane mentally sighed, Sorry... again... she whispered, noting that she wasn't just sensitive eared, but minded as well. Thoughts must have been amplified for her... an odd thing indeed. That fact, coupled with her slight lack of control meant simply that she couldn't filter out thoughts that she didn't want to hear. That would be like Shina not being able to filter out different energy signatures, which would leave her blind again...
Not Pleasant.
"I know nothing? Probably true to some extent." she said in response to her statement. Still, the latter part of what she said was intriguing to say the least, as well as the fact that the woman had referred to herself in first person this time. Perhaps they were mistaken with their thought that she had previously been speaking about herself in third person? Shina smirked slightly, thinking of the translation as a challenge to her, something that, over time, she could master. Jane, on the other hand, was concerned. The fact that she had mentioned Elite, and that someone was going to summon her, that was all concerning to the normally docile individual that was residing only mentally.
"So... why would people avoid you? You got good looks and don't seem to want to hurt anybody, so why would people avoid you?" Shina whispered curiously, not exactly sure the reason herself. Still, one could only guess it was how she talked. Translating her speech was something that normal people would find difficult, but that didn't mean that they should treat her like she doesn't exist. That was just wrong, and it made Jane sad that people would act as though she weren't even there simply because of speech.
Obviously there was a lot more to this woman that met the eye... although anyone who spoke to her for more than three seconds could realize that. Still... there was a certain enigma about her that Shina couldn't wrap her head around... something she found slightly alluring.
Jane made a single statement that, even mentally, sounded as sweet as honey. If you would like, I would be more than happy to be your friend. she whispered in the nicest mental tone she could muster.

It was funny how people usually blamed the telepath for reading another person’s mind. IT was so easy for them all to believe that the hardest part of being a mind reader was trying not to pry into the minds of those around her. That of course was not the case in the least bit at all. IT wasn’t hard keeping her mind from them it was hard keeping theirs from hers. Thoughts whether people believed it or not were not kept inside ones own mind.
They were actually released from their brains at a different frequency wave and telepaths were like Radios able to pick up the waves. It wasn’t Blindfold’s fault for hearing the woman’s thoughts she tried her best to tune out the woman droll, but she was no miracle worker. Aside from that she had not exact built the mental stamina it took to keep her mind guarded 24/7 like some people had.
“Yes she says while I say no. No not probably yes definitely. You know nothing you see nothing the darkness plays in your eyes. Only I he can see it he and her. Together they see it together they form it, and together they will find them. Oh yes they will pardon they will find them.” Was the only reply Ruth felt like mustering towards Shina before falling silent once more allowing the painful silence take over. It was funny how people thought they knew what Ruth knew, but they kenw nothing even the people who were going to do it didn’t know yet. SO how on earth would the others know. Answer t\honestly didn’t know, but that was more than fine for Ruth.
She was a precog gifted to see prophetic visions that unless acted apon was destined to no doubt happen. Though many times the young ebon haired child had acted against her visions trying her best to keeping from happening; this was not one of those time how ever she knew what was to come, and how much they needed it. So all the young mutant could do now is simply sit and wait.
“People oh they do not avoid me.Pardon but I wish oh yes Wish but prey that they leave, but they don’t. Forever always and never around poor excuse me yes. Oh welcome says the student bye says the annoyed.”
Once again in her weird dribble that was her speech Ruth spoke not to one seldom person but to many. Jumbling up past with the present, and present with the future Ruth spoke to a multitude of different people at the same time. OR so one would think by listening to her voice perhaps she wasn’t speaking oddly at all have you ever thought of that? Perhaps it was mankind in general who spoke oddly while Ruth was the only person who spoke right.
Or maybe Ruth was just an insane little girl hell bent on getting some brand of attention. Perhaps it was all of these. Maybe it was none oaf these or maybe it was something entirely different who knew? Ruth simply didn’t give a rat’s carcuss about what people thought of her. At first like all good people she did but now she no longer cared, because now she had something to do. The wheels of destiny were turning far to rapidly she needed to get ready for what was at hand.
“Please he looks for the others, oh wait no yes he does, but she does not. How odd pardon does he think he knows. I will help excuse me may I oh yes you can not see the red grass, but I do.”
As odd a it seems Ruth never spoke a word that she did not need to say. In truth everything Ruth did had some kind of meaning some kind of important fact behind it, and maybe it was destined that Shina was to hear her. OR maybe she was simply speaking aloud to herself as she most often did. Either way Ruth had spoke of not the future nor the past, but what was happening this instant!

Shina processed the words, this time, it was even more clear. Shina was beginning to understand more and more of what she was saying. She was basically saying that Shina could see anything… which technically was true, but still, she believed that the woman meant more by it. As though she couldn’t see what was going on around them in some way… Curious. Still… together he and she will see? As though she were talking about either the future or something happening elsewhere. There wasn’t even a guy anywhere near, so that had to be the case. And what were they trying to find that they had to be together? And appearently it was inevitable that they found what they were looking for…
Silence then overtook them, and while Shina just quietly tried to run through the possibilities, the much more docile Jane decided to ask. What are they looking for and who is they? she mentally asked quietly, trying to get answers in her own way. Jane also did note that she didn’t respond to her proposal to the young woman being her friend… which slightly hurt her just a little.
Shina and Jane both listened to what the young woman said next.
People do not avoid her? While true, they DID just merely ignore her existence, which was wrong. And she doesn’t like them near? That could possibly be due to her being so susceptible to their thoughts and voices that it could be painful… Shina knew all too well how painful a whole lot of noises could bring to her, she couldn’t imagine people’s thoughts… “Don’t worry about it, I don’t think it’s a poor excuse… I actually understand somewhat, I think...” Shina whispered…
Bye says the annoyed? Why would someone think you were annoying? Jane asked quietly, curious and a little flustered. She was a nice girl, and although she was a little difficult to understand, she wasn’t anywhere near annoying, at least not to her…
Then they listened to her again.
Who looks for ‘the others’? Who is he? Who are ‘the others’? And what red grass? Jane asked, still curious. Shina thought she knew, or at least how she interpreted it… For a split moment she recalled Basic Training… the vision of her Drill Sergeant screaming one question to over a hundred soldiers. --What Makes The Green Grass Grow?!?!-- and then a hundred voices roaring ==BLOOD, BLOOD, BRIGHT RED BLOOD!!!!==. Shaking her head, she dispelled the memory, and silently prayed that she was wrong about that.
Jane was worried though, as she too had replayed that same memory… an interesting twist seeing that Jane and Shina were indeed one mind and one body, regardless of their other differences. They shared everything from memories to desires, all the pains, thoughts and emotions ran through not one but both of them. The only thing different were their reactions… thoughts… how they interpreted things. That was the only difference, but that alone made them so different that they might as well been completely separate beings.

Looking away from the window once more Ruth stared striahgt at Shina, and if she had been blessed with eyes and eye brows they would be contorted to show an expression of anger or perhaps annoyance. Ruth had lost herself mentally as she had so often done in the past. Her vast telepathic powers once more over whelmed the child showing her the future mixed with pivitol moments of the past and present. It was an all inspiring thing to have beheld she thought to herself, but sadly could not contain herself as she spoke it aloud.
This too was a common act for young Ruth Aldine to voice allowed her thoughts or comments on her visions. Most of the time those around her would simply ignore it, While others who were more curious in nature questioned her about her visions. Shina how ever was the only one to have ever taken a pon herself to decipher Ruth's words and try to asume she knew of what she was thinking. Although incredibly annoyed by this act again Ruth couldn't actually be mad to someone because of that.
To reason was just one of mankind's better aspects. However what did actually urk the young girl was that how incredibly wrong Shina was. Thinking that the vision had anything to do with her at all. Taking in a deep breath Ruth simply said one thing before falling silent once more.
"Not of you!"
Though her voice was low so very low and almost monotous it was filled with many cautionary signs and anger. Her tone was in a sense trying to warn Shina not to presume that she could decipher her visions. Some before her have tried to decipher Ruth's future tellings, and all had not only gotten them wrong. But also because they thought it was something had gotten hurt or worse.
Calming herself down Ruth heard the inner or was it the outer voice of the female before her speak to her once more. Asking her more about the visions shes was having or was it had? It was so confusing to keep linear track of her thoughts and visions to be honest darn near impossible. But this actually pleased Ruth to see that she was not vain enough to try and figure this out on her own. IF she wre a different woman she might have smiled but alas being the girl she was Ruth simply listened and stock still.
"Yes no she does not listen. Pardon but try again yes! Bye says the annoyed not the annoying. Excuse me but their is thank you a difference."
Listen ...listen well and perhaps this time you will understand Ruth thought quietly in her mind as the darkness within her gave way to a series of images once more flashing far to quick, and unpreicatably fast to make any real sense of it. Well nost now any ways she'd have to sit down quitly later on in the day and replay the images and reorering it in her mind as to better make sense of them.
Again they were asking about her vision adn again Ruth felt a small sense of happyness as they did not think they were smug enough to find the answers alone. Still though Ruth had no intentions none at all about telling them something which was not theirs to beggin with. The affair although perhaps might by transitive properties brign them into the frame was not theirs to deal with yet. In the far future maybe but as of yet it was not theirs, and Ruth knew above all else how important privacy was. She was never allowed much of with what the constant intrusions into her own mind, but that didn't mean she did not value it.
"PArdon but it is not you affair thank you move along yes. I am here but pardon i grow tired of hearing the noises. Why do you speak with not lips? Why do you with lips not speak? Her eyes see nothing nothing nothing."

"Not of you!"
Shina knew all too well the tone in which Ruth was using. Shina had used it enough before that she could use it at any given moment, and had exercised it’s use frequently to her soldiers in order to get her point across to them. Shina was taken back that Ruth had used it in this situation though, as though she had done something to offend the woman. Jane however, knew why she was upset… Shina was mistranslating what the woman was saying… and it was pissing her off.
Realizing this, Jane took the reigns over the body of the blonde, taking control with nothing more than a blink. Instantly, her figure seemed to relax immensely, Jane’s more casual personality not allowing her to keep her body rigid like Shina’s. Mentally though, Shina tried to console the woman. I apologize ma’am… I didn’t mean to upset you. she said quietly, remembering that the woman had already told them that normal thoughts were really loud. Jane watched as the woman calmed herself, and patiently waited for her to continue.
Shina stayed silent, even mentally, as the woman tried to explain things again. Jane smiled warmly though, and anyone could see that the woman who had been Shina just a moment ago was not the same woman, balancing her weight to the side a little and placing her hands on her hips casually, she seemed to actually be much more friendly now in the typical sense.
“Bye says the annoyed, not the annoying…” Jane muttered, still not quite sure to the exact meaning. It could be a lot of things in that simple statement, but she thought she would take a stab at it. “So, do you mean that you try to avoid other people?” she asked quietly and politely. She was still unsure, but she would let it be at that, much more simple minded than the analytical Shina. Her voice was also a little different, didn’t have the harshness or presence that her ‘sister’ possessed, but more just curious than inquisitive, and that made people warm up to her a lot easier than the other.
Then Ruth spoke again, and Jane was pretty sure that she understood that one. “Only one of us can be controlling our body at a time, and I wanted to say ‘Hi!’. Oh, and none of my business… got it.” Shina said simply, throwing a thumbs up. Shina, mentally, remained silent, just trying to keep the woman from being upset again. The last thing she wanted to do was to become one of the annoying, especially when she was kinda attracted towards the young woman for one reason or another.
Jane had to agree with her ‘sister’ on that much though, she was easy on the eyes, and there was something deep within the recesses of her mind that was trying to tell her something, but she hadn’t the slightest idea of what it could be. Certainly not what she normally recognized it as… physical attraction. She was a girl! Something like that was kinda crazy, even for the charismatic Jane. Shaking it off, she looked towards Ruth, and then realized something… and grew a little fearful. The woman couldn’t control her ability to read the thoughts that hung lazily in the air… and she likely just received what she was just thinking about… Crap.
“Please don’t take it the wrong way… I want to be your friend, not scare you off with odd… feelings.” Jane said quietly, although even in her hushed volume worry was thick on her words, as she was being very sincere about her concern, not wanting to drive her to think that she was weird or something of that sort.
