OFFICIAL PLOT WRITE UP

So behind the scenes I’ve talked to a number of people about this, and I guess I sort of forgot to actually get around to doing the real plot write up for it. Sorry folks!

Okay so here it is.

Callisto and Roadkill found a place in the Alleyway that looks like it adjoins to another set of tunnels. The other set of tunnels looks like it’s sealed off and walled over and has been that way apparently for a very long time.

Well, discovering this tunnel actually opens up two plots for the Morlocks:

1) traveling down the network of unexplored tunnels gets them deeper into the ground and away from the potential harm of the surface dwellers. It also leads them to a place where there is a hot spring (another current plotline being worked out).
2) They also discover during this time that they are not alone. There is a colony of subterranean creatures known as the Moloids that currently inhabits the tunnels. They are vicious and carnivorous and it might have been better if they had been kept locked away.

So what the plot would mainly be is discovering the tunnel, discovering the hot springs and figuring out what to do about the Moloids. Though this indirectly ties to Mole Man, I don’t plan on having him involved in the actual story at all.

Is X-F Investigations still in on this one?

I think this is the rare and elusive Morlock Only plot.

Or not.

Probably so.

Assuming it's still okay I guess.

The plot is designed to be primarily a Morlock plot, but seeing how a few of the little guys will probably get out, we could cross it over to any faction including XF Investigations.

Count me in. I'll probably have some sort of social commentary -random scowl-

A Morlock-y good plot sounds exactly what I need to jump back into the scene.

Anywho I think that my part will be in the first part of the plot just kind of exploring. Not so much the dealing with these things that are bigger freaks than we are.

What's the status on this thing?

I thought I was writing it up to make sure it was approved.

I think we are still on for it. We had a thread already started in the Morlock tunnels called "The Tunnel". Right now I think Callisto is up and I think the player is on a bit of a hiatus. I guess I was trying to figure out what to do about that.

In case it hasn't come to anyone's attention, I'm still moving cross-country and all that stuff. I can't really post, even when I do get a few moments online I'm exhausted. Today for example. Up at five in the morning, navigating with someone who has the directional sense of a crepe. Oh, and I'm too hungry to think. There's that, too. Candy bars are not meals! Until the end of the week, just post around me and I'll come back full swing after I get home and sleep a day or two straight and some real food in my belly >__<
