So...this story idea came to me upon the realization that both High Velocity and Falcon are from the real world, or 'Earth Prime'. Likewise, at the end of Legion of Three worlds, Superboy Prime was sent back to Earth Prime.

Since Velocity can go between our little Universe and his...why not check on Earth Prime and the developments over there?

Joe Andrews, AKA High Velocity was having a tough time of it to be certain. He'd spent most of his day running across California dealing with the latest wildfire. Sure, he could spread water across most of the state in the space of a few moments, but that didn't make it any less strenuous a task for him.

At the moment the blue clad speedster was allowing the fire departments and the air carriers to do their work while he sat on a nearby EMS truck's bumper breathing through an oxygen mask to deal with his smoke inhalation. "So," He managed to ask after a few moments, eyes stinging. "how're we doing so far?"

"Well," The medic told him, gazing over towards the fires. "you managed to keep it from spreading into any place with real population, and between you and the fire department I'd have to think this is probably a controlled burn at this point."

"Here's hoping..." He said, standing up. "I'm going to do another quick look around the edges, make sure no one's caught by anything." With a blur of blue, High Velocity was gone even before the oxygen mask could fall back onto the bumper.

"Superheroes." The medic stated in slight awe. "Who would've thought it?"

(heh, a nice minor li'l intro to see if anyone wants to hope in. A vague introduction in case someone wants to be around Velocity and naturally enough...I would think an Earth with a real super hero there'd be a pick up in THIS particular subculture.
