Dear Lilith,
It's been a while, but I'm not in a mood to reminisce right now. I have some worrying news regarding the humans. There are some humans that regard themselves above their post and have elected to play with their bio-chemistry set. They have made several hundred 'Freaks' as I like to call them. They're a dangerous cross between vampire and human. They have a portion of our powers but are insane beyond all belief. They are the hounds of the Hellsing organisation, the one I've told you about before if memory serves. Anyway, I require your permission to eradicate these creatures and their creators. I will meet you in France say...tomorrow morning in Paris at the En Detante restaurant. Free humans live there and that's where I think the breeding program is situated. Where are they getting all this vampire blood? I suspect that Walter's behind it. Still, killing him would give me no greater pleasure.
