ok, im a newbie and use spihinx teleia and andro sphinx (theinen sugs on the other hand) in combination with pyramid of light. none of that card is banned or restricted. now, when i pay 500 life points when pyramid of light is on the field, i can special summon one of them. it says they can't be special summoned form the graveyard. can i asume taht i can special summon them from both my deck and my hand?
