I'm Online On My New/own Computer Now ^_^, My Computer Finally Has The Internet

While I was gone today Daddy got the wireless internect connection setup, and got it going, and now my computer has internet access. But it still needs the anti virus protection, and I know Daddy will be taking care of that. Apparently Daddy also upgraded IE on here because I have IE8. I already downloaded MSN. I did download, and install Google Chrome but I couldn't load a site when I tried using it so I gave up. I'm using IE8 right now but then I haven't loaded up my newly installed Safari browser. Since Opera ended up with a trojan on my parents computer because the protection on there computer found one once in Opera 10, I'm not downloading Opera until I have protection on my computer. I plan to download Yahoo Messenger, AIM, and Trillian. I also will be installing the AOL9.0 software already found, and downloaded it just got to install it, something like that. After all I use my AOL account inside of AOL not via it's website. Any of my members who could be of some help, and send me links to some forums that I visit I would appreciate it. Like a link to Yugioh GX Forums, and any other forum that my active members know I go to would be appreciated too.

I sure can. Not only that I can be online past 9PM. Be on until 10 or 10:30 like I plan so I can be online for friends in specific time zones. I also don't have to be on computer in the dark early in the morning, and not be able to see the keyboard any more do to Mom sleeping on couch in the living room. Although with that also comes the fact that we will end up going past the data limit more often, so far it's only happened like 3 times since last summer, and it never happened before I came up here.

It also means I got a webcam that I haven't a clue how to use. That I won't be having pausing video problems on You Tube either as I haven't had a single problem with that on here so far. I can even view Veoh videos again, I was having problems viewing videos on Veoh on my parents computer for some reason when that didn't used to be the case.

Fortunately in the past year I've mastered using the Touch Pad so I'm not having any problems using my computers Touch Pad. But then when a lap top's touch pad is all you use you really get used to it but I still prefer a normal mouse. To think a year ago when I started out using my parents lap top when I could I never thought I would be able to master it since I had enough problems on my first lap top working with it.

Also I get my privacy too, and my parents aren't as apt to accidentally notice what I'm watching or to be seeing what it's paused on when I'm eating if I'm in the middle of a video, and ask me about it, one time I was watching an episode of Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne, and had to explain about what it was paused on. I'd hate to have had that happen during a Yugioh episode. I also get to have my own Skype account finally, only thing is I still need the phone for it, and then I got to learn how to use it, I have it on my computer, and created my account already. Also for my Skype I need to get the paid account so I can have unlimited long distance calls, and then I'd have a way to call my offline friends, and talk to them in private. I don't have anything but my cellphone, and it don't got long distance, and I can't have a phone line, and it both so it's all on my parents phone line. I did have my own phone line in Mobile for local calls only, and I mostly used it online obviously but I didn't have my own cell phone. Not that I didn't have an offline schedule for talking to my friends offline because I did.

One person I'm going to call as soon as I can use Skype to call again is my bestfriend after all it's been way to long. I got to tell her that I'm mailing her a Christmas present.
