Welcome to parallel Earth, and a million new possibilities. With Rose Tyler heading up this version of Earth’s Torchwood with the help of her original Captain Jack, she hopes to keep the planet as safe as she can. The Doctor of this universe has come around to the idea of having them there, although his own life is even more complicated than the Doctor that Rose had come to love…
With aliens and constant threats, there’s something else out on the horizon. Now it’s clear that parallel Earth isn’t just a second chance for Rose, it’s giving Second Chances to things much worse than she’s ever seen…
