the soviet-japanese neutrality pact was signed. world war ii raged on unceasingly,
with the united states and britain pitted against the soviet union, italy, germany,
and japan. in london, england, the four pevensie children were attending
school as normal children did. in england, no one knew of their status as kings
and queens of narnia. some months later, the children returned to narnia by
the call of susan's horn. the four children aided prince caspian in the battle to
win back the throne that was rightfully his. after a long and daring battle,
prince caspian returned to the throne as an additional king of narnia. lucy,
edmund, peter, and susan all returned to england with only the hope that lucy
and edmund would someday return to the fantasy land. meanwhile, king caspian
the tenth took hold of the throne of narnia and allowed the kingdom to flourish
just as it had 1300 years before.

it has been several months since the pevensies left narnia, with only the return of
lucy and edmund promised to the citizens of narnia. the kingdom has fared well
without the original kings and queens however, and things are settling in narnia under
king caspian the tenth. the population of narnians is slowly rebuilding after the
destruction the telmarines had caused. cair paravel has been restored to its original
beauty and is inhabited once again by the king. it couldn't be any more beautiful.
