Snow has finally started melting off the trees and ice no longer coats the some of the streams and ponds. The birds are slowly migrating back to the valley though the larger prey haven’t made the dangerous journey as of yet. Raccoons and other small rodents can already be seen scampering through the canopy from early morning to noontime.The nights have cool breezes and there are hardly clouds in the sky at all. Sometimes, a cool thunderstorm might blow in during the afternoon and last until midnight.
