    THE SCOOBIES
BUFFY SUMMERS - After closing the Hellmouth and completely destroying Sunnydale, Buffy knew that things would be changing. Her sole power was now a shared power; a collective for women around the world. Her responsibilities were now given to others…and boy did it feel good! The original Slayer decided to take a break from her duties, and just live for awhile. However, anyone who knows Buffy will know that the Slayer can’t stay away from action long. Her vacation was only for a month before she began to realize she couldn’t neglect her duties. Soon, she was reunited with the Scoobies in hopes to get the new Slayers and teach them about their duties and powers. However, with the new Hellmouth appearing in Iowa (of all places!), Buffy and Co have quickly moved and set up base in the small town. There she goes on nightly patrols, along with the other Slayers that they have found over the years.

XANDER HARRIS - Xander Harris took the death of Anya pretty roughly. While she went down as a hero, he knew that he needed some time away from all the drama and responsibilities of best friends with a Slayer and a Goddess. He took his own vacation, and not unlike Buffy, found himself being called back into action. With his militaristic knowledge gained through the Halloween event years and years ago, Xander has been assembling troops and forces in order to control the over brimming evil of the newest Hellmouth alongside Kennedy.

WILLOW ROSENBERG - With her super powered Wicca goddess powers, Willow knew as soon as she gave the Slayers their powers she would need to track them down. With Kennedy at her side, the two traveled the country (and even the world at times) finding new Slayers and helping them understand their new duties. Willow, working as Head of the Magic Department for the newly formed Watcher’s Council is responsible for tracking and discovering the new Slayers around the world, and bringing them to Story City.

RUPERT GILES - Giles was always about the books, and nothing has changed. When Willow and Buffy created the new Slayers, the exWatcher knew that it was time to rebuild the Watcher’s Council. Now serving as the Head of the Watcher’s Society, Giles works alongside with Willow in finding the new Slayers and helping them adjust to the new changes in their lives. He also works on finding new Watchers, training them in the ways of…well, watching.

LIAM “ANGELUS“ - Everyone knows the soap opera involving Angel’s soul, so we’re really not going to get involved in it. All you really need to know about the emo vampire is that he and Angel Investigations were successful from ending the apocalypse in Los Angeles. Afterwards, the team stayed together, working the nightlife of California until they heard about the Hellmouth popping up in Story City. After he heard the news, he and his comrades quickly went to join the Scoobies.

WILLIAM "SPIKE" - He wanted to go out in a blaze of glory. Again. But he couldn't be that lucky, could he? Nope, he only got one change to die a heroic death, and now that it's long gone, Spike came to Iowa with the others in order to try and stop this Hellmouth again. It's too bad he doesn't have his fancy amulet that stopped it the last time, huh? He's been helping out the Scoobies in anyway that he can, from fighting to being just an annoying British git.

DAWN SUMMERS - Always the little sister, Dawn could never find her own niche in the Scoobie Gang. However, when the Watcher’s Council was recreated, they were in desperate need of Watchers, and thus Dawn began her training. Already quite talented at translations and researching, Dawn quickly became a talented Watcher and has now been sent to Story City to help train the newest Slayers finding themselves drawn to the Hellmouth.

ANDREW WELLS - Wait a minute, ANDREW is a WATCHER?! Yep, surprisingly enough, he (as well as Dawn) were quick to jump at the chance to become Watchers. Training directly below Giles, Andrew matured slightly and became a pretty darn good Watcher. Unfortunately for the world around him, he's still the annoying geek that he used to be.

KENNEDY ROSENBERG - Woah, wait, Kennedy Rosenberg?! Yep, our lovely brash Slayer and super Wicca have been married in a Wiccan ritual. While it isn’t a true legal marriage, Kennedy has taken on her lovers last name during their travels to find new Slayers. While Willow was the tracker, Kennedy was the trainer. Together, the duo found and raised many new baby slayers, bringing them all the way back to Iowa.

DANIEL OSBOURNE - The world favorite lycan was last spotted in Russia, traveling with a pack of werewolves who, like himself, want to gain a more concrete control over their wolfish counterparts. And, to no one’s surprise, he succeeded. Oz has almost complete control when he shifts into his werewolf state, one of the main reasons why he decided to come to the new Hellmouth. With his new control, he is a better asset to the team and helps out whatever way he can.

FAITH LEHANE - After breaking out of prison, Faith decided that she wasn’t going to be going back. What better way to run from police in California than to go to corn country, USA? When she heard the news of a new Hellmouth, the rouge Slayer was all about getting back into action. Unfortunately, her relationship with Principal Wood was cut short when he was murdered by a group of vampires one evening during a patrol. She has felt guilty for the past few months, causing her to be somewhat irritable and depressed lately. Well, more than usual that is.

CHARLES GUNN - Once fatally wounded, Gunn magically made it through the apocalyptic battle in Los Angeles. He still walks with a slight limp, and isn't always as quick to jump into the fray. He's still a wonderful fighter, but over the years, he's lost some of the oomph he once had before all the drama with the Law Firm from Hell.

ILLYRIA - Like the others, Illyria survived the big battle of Los Angeles, and was quickly rerooted to Story City once the Hellmouth was created. The Scoobies have been looking for a way to split both Illyria and Fred into separate bodies, but no means have been found as of yet. That's really the only reason why she's with the Scoobies. She wants to get rid of Fred's shell and revert back to her own demonic body. She does what she wants, when she wants.

CONNOR - After the battle of Los Angeles Connor went back to trying to lead a normal life, though this was short lived due to him being who he was, he wasn't normal and figured he should stop trying to be. Tracking his father Angel, and the rest of the people he came to call his friends eventually led him to Story City, he hadn't realised he had walked right onto a hell mouth. Having spent most of his life in a hell dimension Connor is no stranger to evil, yet again he will have to fight by his father's side.

    THE ACADEMY
AMY MADISON - Amy was always one messed up girl. After her mother went psycho and took over her body, Amy was never really the same. She was addicted to magics, eventually resulting in Willow going pretty much psycho. Her obsession with Willow manifested into something far greater, leading to her founding of the Academy. Even though she is younger than many of the members, she is still the leader as of now. Her powers are still growing, allowing her to compete near up Willow’s magical level.

EMMET RHODES - It’s surprising to see a demon so young, but it wasn’t like Emmet originally was born a demon. You see, unfortunately, his family is cursed. It turns out that on the 21st birthday of the fourth generation of Rhodes, the young one gets possessed by a demon. Emmet still has his state of mind, but it’s slightly twisted into a more demonic and evil, full of desires to kill kill kill. This demon possession also gave him increased strength, and the ability to summon fireballs in the palm of his hands.

TARA MACLAY - Erm, what? Tara? Well, you see, Tara was brought back. Yeah, you thought it couldn‘t be done, but it was. The Academy wants to break down the Scoobies from the inside out, and they know that Willow is one of their strongest members. They summoned the deceased Wicca, and brought her back to life. Unfortunately for the world around her, Tara is now a frenzied evil witch, much like Willow was after Tara‘s death. With no guilt, memories of her past life, or conscious, Tara has only one mission; destroy the Scoobies.

HARMONY KENDALL - Being one of the most aggravating vampires isn’t an easy feat, but Harmony does her job well. After betraying Angel, Harmony ran off in search of something bigger and better to do. Eventually, she found Amy, who was trying to form her own circle of big baddies to take down the Scoobies. Harmony eagerly joined, wanting to finish off Buffy, her “arch nemesis”. She has the usual vampiric powers, though she isn’t all that great at using them since she can get distracted by any shiny pink thing. Or a unicorn.

BLAKE ACKERMAN - If anyone were to envy Angelus in brute force and malicious intent, it would probably be Blake Ackerman. While he is a relatively young vampire compared to Angel, what he lacks in age he makes up for in sheer strength. Already, he has killed seven Slayers, all of whom were trained in combat. You see, he doesn’t want to take out the weak Slayers with no experience behind them; that’s no fun. Blake sees the hunt as a game, a way for him to train and grow stronger. Strong enough to eventually take out Buffy Summers.

ERICK HOLTZ - Out of the two super genius twins, Erick is the more technologically savvy one. He is always in charge of tracking on the computers, hacking into the Watcher’s computers, etc etc. Very much like a young high school Willow, Erick’s computer skills are almost (if not better) than the late Jenny Calendar’s. While he has no real powers and doesn’t go out into the battlefield that often, he looks after his twin brother for the most part; neither Erick or Chad are really evil, they’ve just been involved with the wrong people.

CHAD HOLTZ - Chad, like his brother, is a super genius. However Chad puts his intellectual prowess to work in a completely different form. Rather than use it technologically, Chad is the planner in the group. His militaristic knowledge is almost as good as Xanders, and Chad wasn’t even possessed by a military solider! Again, like his twin brother, Chad isn’t really evil per se. While he knows how to fight and has fought alongside the members of the Academy on numerous occasions, he has just been involved with the wrong group of people.

BIANCA FOX - There always has to be a wanna be Faith, right? Bianca was given her powers like the other Slayers around the world, but because of these powers her live turned to hell. A group of vampires came to her house to kill her, but instead accidentally killed her younger sister. As you can probably imagine, this messed up Bianca psychologically. While she isn’t insane, she has decided to use her powers to take out the people who gave them to her; if she wasn’t a Slayer, her sister wouldn’t be dead right now.

HARLEY MOORE - At one time, Harley was with the werewolf pack in Russia that Oz was a member of. However, after losing control once and devouring three small children, the pack turned against her and left her in the world alone. Probably not a good idea, but it’s too late to go back and apologize. Harley turned into her own woman after that, attacking random people when the nights allowed it. However, with Amy’s new powers, she has allowed Harley to transform into her lycan counterpart at will, full moon or not.

JESSE PROCTOR - Jesse is a warlock, and there really isn’t much more to say about that. He was found by Amy when she started founding the Academy, and brought to Story City when they all found out about the new Hellmouth. Amy and Jesse are “fuck buddies” for lack of a better term, though Amy has stronger feelings for Jesse than he would ever feel for her. He is actually quite strong, and if it weren’t for Amy bringing him to his true potential, he would have already killed her and taken her position.

ANTIGONE - Antigone is a demon trapped inside a mortal’s body. When Antigone made the transition from the demon realm into the humanistic world, she had to find a host in order to blend in to wreck havoc in the world. She couldn’t walk around in her normal form (a giant, blue scaly monster with monstrous claws) in broad daylight, and so she found a weak body and got inside of it. Antigone still has use of her powers, which allow her to shift into a much stronger demonic form (described above), as well as having telepathic abilities that allow her to read minds, send mind blasts, track people, etc etc. A truly powerful demon.

    THE SLAYERS
JASMINE BLAIR - Jasmine doesn’t really know where she fits in with this whole “Slayer” stuff. She likes her powers, but she doesn’t like the responsibilities that come with risking your life every evening. Jasmine is at that young age where she wants to rebel, and rebel she has. She’s been skipping patrols, and really just doing what she wants. The Scoobies have been getting on her about it, of course, but who knows if she’ll really take heed to what they say.

ASHLEY COLBY - One of the oldest Slayers from Houston, Texas, Ashley is a sweet southern belle that is ferocious in battle. She was originally meek and shy when it came to fighting, not really wanting to hurt anyone even if they were about to kill her. However, she soon got over that fear when she moved to the Hellmouth, and is now one of the most active fighters. It’s ironic, really, since she’s such a sweet and genuine woman.

PEYTON HOLLAND - Peyton was one of the original potential slayers that survived the Sunnydale Hellmouth. Because of this, she feels like she has some precedence over the other girls. While she doesn’t, her somewhat pompous attitude has gotten her in trouble lately. She’s been very pretentious, thinking that her abilities are a lot better than the other girls since she’s been training with the Scoobies for longer.

BRENNAN JOHNSON - Brennan is the fierce bitch who almost all the others are afraid of. They all believe if any of them were to turn evil, it would be Brennan in an instant, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. The reason she is so rough and rugged is because her entire family was slaughtered by a demon, and ever since Brennan has made a personal vow to hunt down and kill any hell fiend she can. It just helps that she’s also a Slayer.

LEIGHTON MALLORY - There always has to be a ditz, right? Leighton is the girl who usually plays the damsel in distress card, having to be rescued by the other girls. She’s a true Daphne to the Scooby Doo story, and while she can fight pretty well, she usually forgets about her powers and ends up screaming until one of the other girls comes to her rescue. This isn’t to say that she’s a bad Slayer, just that she has a lot to learn.

SERENA TALLEY - She’s shy, okay? Serena is the quiet one out of the new group of Slayers, usually always reading a book by herself in a corner. She’s very intellectual, and reads up on information. She’d much rather be a Watcher than a Slayer, but that’s not the hand that life dealt to her and she’s just going to have to deal with that. Regardless, she’s a very sweet girl who is just incredibly shy.

TORRANCE VALE - Torrance has had to grow up way to quickly. Only fourteen years old, and already the responsibilities of saving the world have been placed on her little shoulders. Surprisingly enough, she’s taken to these responsibilities quite well. She always feels like she isn’t trusted, however, since the Scoobies won’t let her out on the battlefield yet. It’s because of her age, but she feels like they don’t think she is strong enough or that she won’t be able to handle herself.

VANESSA WATSON - Vanessa is the newest to the group, and doesn’t really fit in yet. She hasn’t found her own niche in the newbie Slayer society, so she mainly keeps to herself and speaks when spoken to. She can usually be found just walking around the town, hanging out and doing what she pleases. It’s not that she is rebellious, it’s just that she hasn’t found a way to fit in and make her own unique personality an asset to the team.

    THE TOWNIES
ABIGAIL BENNET - The plain old girl who started it all. Ironically enough, she doesn’t even know that she was the one responsible for turning Story City into a Hellmouth. When she wished for something interesting, she meant like a concert coming to town, or a festival to begin. Unfortunately for her, she got a Hellmouth instead. Luckily for her, she doesn’t have to worry about the Hellmouth, because she has no idea what it is. She’s just a normal, oblivious mortal, living day by day.

FOREST BENNET - Forest is just a cool guy. In a town where everyone knows everyone, Forest is known for being the cool older brother to Abigail. While neither of the Bennet siblings are anything super special, Forest has always been very empathic to the world around him. He’s noticed the changes in the air, and the swell of new visitors to the town. He doesn’t know why it’s happening, but it probably won’t be long until he finds out.

CALIXTE - Going by the human name "Cali", Calixte is the Vengeance Demon who caused Story City to be turned into a Hellmouth. She is somewhat of a seductress, to be quite honest. She likes power, and will do whatever it takes to get some, even if that means killing and sexual favors. She isn't exactly evil, since she doesn't claim to be a part of the Academy, but she certainly doesn't work for good. She is her own boss, doing what she does, when she does.

ROXY COLLINS - Roxy owns the local occult shop by the name of Chasing Moonlight. While she is nowhere near as strong as Willow or Amy, Roxy can hold her own in a magical fight. She moved to Story City and set up shop after the Hellmouth was created, originally living in New York City. She’s used to the big city, but hey, she’s slowly adjusting to life in Iowa.

CHASE ELDERS - Chase was the star quarterback in his high school years, but ever since an injury held him back from going to college, he’s turned to the drink. Yep, Chase is our local town drunk. With his scruffily beard and unsavory character looks, Chase can usually be found hanging out around the local bar. He isn’t a violent drunk, but more of a mellow drunk. It’s hard to tell that he’s drunk, but he usually has the odor of alcohol permeating from him whenever he approaches you.

JAMES FERGUSON - James is the pretty gay boy. While he is open about this sexuality, he isn’t flamboyant in the least. He doesn’t go around parading that he is gay, but in such a small town it’s pretty much common knowledge. He was best friends with Donovan, but when James came out Donovan turned against him. It hit James pretty hard, considering James had secretly been in love with Donovan since they were fourteen years old.

DONOVAN HOLMES - Donovan comes from a rich family that moved to Iowa just to get away from the big city. Donovan moved here when he was fourteen, which is when he met James and the two became best friends. Donovan is the usual asshole because he has money, but deep down, he is an okay guy. He’s turned against James, however, since James told him that he was gay. It was just something that Donovan couldn’t deal with, especially since it was his best friend. He feels bad about turning away from him in his time of need, but he won’t be the first one to make a move. He’s just stubborn like that.

KATHERINE LOVE - Katherine is the resident Watcher, looking after Dallas. When the Watcher’s Council was reformed three years ago, Katherine was based in Colorado, but sent to Story City when they found out that Dallas was a Slayer. She and Dallas have a very close connection with one another. Katherine hides her identity by being the librarian for the town library. Go figure. She also has feelings for the town mayor, Ethan Samson, though she won’t say anything about them. She’s too Watcherly for that.

CHAD MOORE - Chad is the local musician. He plays guitar, and has the voice of an angel. He plays in the local Bronze-esque club every weekend, getting money for his cheap apartment from tips. He’s a genuinely sweet kid, but living alone can be tough. Ever since his parents died, Chad was sent through the foster care system until he turned eighteen. After that, he went out on his own, moving to Story City. He’s had his eye on Abigail, though, finding her very attractive when she dances to his music.

DALLAS NANCE - Dallas is a Slayer. What more can be said? She was born and raised in Story City, coming into her powers after the big spell that helped closed the Sunnydale Hellmouth. She met Katherine soon after, and began her training. She honestly couldn’t believe it when her town turned into a Hellmouth. Story City?! Seriously?! The town where NOTHING ever happens?! Oh well. Nightly, she patrols with the other newbie Slayers, protecting the innocent and all that jazz.

ETHAN SAMSON - Luckily for all of us, this mayor isn’t insane. Ethan has been the town mayor for a couple years now, living the perfect bachelors life. He is single, without children, but he is hoping to change that soon. He’s getting older, and he wants someone to be with in his old age and someone to give his money to should anything happen to him. He has seen the new town librarian around town, and he is intrigued, but a little to shy to make the first move. But hey, who would deny Ethan and Katherine? Oh, that’s right, Grey’s Anatomy…

ANNA YOUNG - Anna is the head cheerleader in school, fighting into the stereotypical mean girl blonde student. She has a few good friends, all of whom she is overly nice to, but other people she doesn’t really feel like she has to give them the time of day. She is also somewhat of a Daphne - Scooby Doo character. For some reason, it seems once a week like she has to pass through the cemetery to get home after a late night of partying. Not a good idea, eh?

DERRICK WENTWORTH - Derrick wants to be a movie director. He almost always has his video camera hanging from around his neck, because you never know when the perfect shot is going to appear. He loves anything to do with film; acting, cameras, directing. The list goes on. And what may seem a bit stalkerish, Derrick has been filming a young girl whenever she finds her own freedom at the park. This girl is Vanessa Watson, though he doesn’t know it yet. And he’s not trying to be a stalker, he is just fascinated by her.

    CHARACTER OPTIONS

SCOOBIES - If you want to be with the good guys, well cool! While you aren’t really a true Scoobie until the gang includes you in, they’ll recognize your potential and work alongside you at some point. Scoobies can range from Watchers, to Slayers, to Wiccans, to Demons, to Humans, to Vampires…It’s pretty much an endless option. Go Scoobies!

THE ACADEMY - So, you want to take the darker road. Well, that’s fine by us! The Academy are the group of baddies around town, making life a living Hell for the Scoobies, no pun intended. Characters in the Academy have just as much range as the Scoobies, except you won’t usually find a Watcher involved with the Academy unless they’re a fallen from grace (aka fired) Watcher.

INDEPENDENT AGENTS - The independent agents are what we like to call the neutrals. They work for themselves, doing what they want to do when they want. They have no ties that bind, and no real boss to answer to. Who wouldn’t want to live that type of life? Again, the character options are pretty endless for these guys.
