why can't we be friends babe? • CHARACTER ADS so you've just been accepted, have you? well, after you've posted your plotting and all that jazz, this is the place to be. you can start your own thread, essentially whoring your character out to whoever is willing to plot with them. other than the actual plotting pages, this is where all of the plot magic happens. sort of like... michael jackson's bedroom. |

the royal palace the royal palace, which has housed every king from aldis to the latest elderflat, is now the home of the dark lord, galvator winderhart. it's located in the center of ildwiss and is by far the biggest building. as well as serving as the home for "royalty" it is also where all matters of state take place, including counsel meetings and individual meetings with the king. |

ABUSER foreign branch hq the dark lord has been very, very generous to his foreign friends. head quarters is housed within the grounds of the palace in a separate building, not as large as the actual palace structure but equally lavish. winderhart dotes upon ABUSER, showering gifts and finery upon them... the mansion-like building is chock full of the better things found in life. unlike any building in euphrania, however, this one is guarded by men with submachine guns, and inside you will find a marriage of magic and technology. truly a strange place to any natural euphranian. |

the streets the streets of ildwiss aren't streets as they are thought of in america. the streets are often lined with stalls and peddlers and packed to the point where losing your traveling companions is very likely. horses, wagons, royal litters, pedestrians, everyone vies for their own position on the cobbled streets. it's best to move with the current, though, because people have been known to get into fights over spilled sweet buns or knocked down children. inns, taverns, & shops being the royal city and the capital of euphrania, ildwiss has a booming economy. their shops are well-kept and well-stocked, as well as interesting in design, with colored storefronts and large windows. pirates and sailors, though, as well as the hard working man, prefer the promise of good inns and taverns, though. ildwiss has its share of reputable taverns, and then there are the others, where sketchier people congregate and where more dangerous things take place. the harbor between worlds the harbor is not, if you were thinking it, some grand landmark. no, rather, it's just a space in the air, a stretch of ocean road (on the america side) and an empty beach (on the euphrania side). just stepping into this place won't do it. you have to linger there for a moment, wait until the air starts to tingle. and then you can cross between worlds. |
