Den
The Burkhart Den favors dark greens and blues in its color scheme. The den is consistently shady because of excessive tree cover from the Antebelle woods on the east bank. There is a large televisions, and several blue-green couches and loveseats. There is a pinball machine in one corner, with 'property of julian volokova' scrawled in metallic Sharpie on one side. The restrooms branch from the living area.

Restrooms
The Burkhart restrooms consist of gender-specific bathrooms on each floor, and communal and private showers on the ground floor. There are also small locker rooms near the showers, for clients who live on upper floors and do not want to trek up to their rooms for their clothes or toiletries.

Refectory
The Burkhart refectory is set up a bit more like a cafeteria. There are several small tables in a dining room-like area, connecting to a large kitchen with microwave, refridgerator, and an ice cooler. There is also a large pantry stocked with junk food. Each summer, a piece of computer paper with the words 'JULIAN V.KOVA'S - NO TOUCHY' invariably appear, though they're taken down multiple times over the Lakeside Valley term.
