for sports game i was thinking NHL 09, NHL '94, or NBA Jam. for racing game I was thinking Gran Turismo 5 (when it comes out) and maybe Initial D. -------------------- A & C Games

This sounds like a great idea!
You guys have already listed some of my fave fighting games. But since street fighter is my fave fighting franchise id love to see you guys put in steet fighter 3 third strike. definetly a incredible fighting game!!! |

Street Fighter III: Third Strike. One of the best games ever made for a Tournament. Even Street Fighter II Turbo would be good. I would have voted Gears 2.. but I had to be unbiased. |

thing is 3rd strike is hard to be good at, not sure how many hardcore 3rd strike ppl will come out. Street FIghter II turbo more ppl have a chance

I can get a lot of hardcore 3rd strike players, but that just means no one will have a chance in the tourney lol.. Thing is, are we having these tournaments for customers and students of UofT? Or is this open to everyone? Because I can post this tournament event up on SRK and there will be quite a few really good players that will come. |

for now we'll see how the first tournament goes, it will eventually be open for everyone, but we gotta see which games work out
