welcome
Power. Fame. Wealth. Fulfillment. This is what the current students of the J. G. Finnigan Academy for the Intellectually Gifted Teen strive for. And as any school, there is romance and gossip flying about, as each suit chooses a king, a queen, and several jacks based on their popularity and how they exemplify the qualities of their suit. There is an unwritten law understood by each suit that the royalty of each suit are not to be messed with, even by kings and queens of other suits. But how much longer can the royalties of each suit respect each other? How long will it be until the unwritten law is broken?

It took a lot of time, counting all the reasons he hated his step dad and by assoication, his step brother. Miller and Edward were constantly competeing and it was never going to change. Even at this new school Miller could feel his disdain for his mother's choice in family growing as he heard a knock on the door. "Come in." He'd grumbled. He had been there long enough to make friends, IE people that could get him what he wanted. He rolled his eyes as the guy went on about a great deal from one of the Diamonds. Finally Miller agreed to go, changing into clean jeans, a tee-shirt and a blazer. He and the guy went to the Diamond's dorms, got the pot and went back to the other boy's dorm to smoke it.
After only one blunt each they were interupted by another 'friend' who wanted them to go along to the V.I.P club. They readily agreed, in the mood for music and women and went with the larger group of guys, and a few girls. They made their way to the club, Miller checking his pocket twice for the other blunt he'd rolled earlier, in case he couldn't stand the party. He walked in, taking the bottle one of the guys handed him, shoving it in the opposite pocket. If he was stopped and checked tonight he'd probably be expelled without questioning, but hey, what was the worst that could happen? His mom sends him to a boarding school in another country? Please.
Miller snuck a drink as he found a place to sit and watch for a girl to catch his interest. He was hoping he wouldn't be dissappointed, but it wouldn't be the first him. He blew his hair out of his eyes, leaning back in his chair as he assesed the situation around him. The best part of being buzzed on alcohol AND marijuana? He didn't have to think about anything else, and if he tried he'd end up forgetting about it a moment later. If he was in a more lucid state of mind he might have realized the psychology in that, but he wasn't lucid and he wasn't in the mood to psychoanalyze himself.

Molly's hips swung to the beat driving the sweating bodies on the dance floor. Knees buckled and she slowly ground down the guy behind her before gyrating back up, his body pressed tight against her own. She didn't even know who he was, Heart, Club, it didn't matter. Molly just wanted to dance, was that so bad? Her dark hair was loose, pinned one one side with a large bow the same baby pink as her corset top. She smiled to herself, enjoying the night. It was dark but the lights pulsing above gleamed off pale skin and the diamonds encircling one wrist. As the song ended, she turned to her dance partner, kissing him passionately on a whim before pulling away. She gave the shocked boy a wink and wiped her lipstick back into its bright red beestung formation. The girl strutted away, shaking her hair from her shoulders. She went to the bar, ordered herself one of those non-existent martinis and grinned at the bartender. "Thanks babe," she said in her slightly gravelly voice before taking a sip. The female bartender blushed lightly before turning away to serve another customer, Molly's most-likely drunken statement forgotten. Why was it that booze always made her go after girls? Dismissing the thought before it actually became anything substantial, Moll hoisted herself onto the barstool, martini clutched in manicured hands. She enjoyed her wealth, yet she wasn't a girl who couldn't live without her daddy's money. Hell, the only reason she took his money was because she didn't mind the benefits of his guilt. She was rather ruthless when it came to family. Outfit

Miller took another drink of his small bottle of whatever they'd poured in it and looked over at the bar a moment before getting up. He ordered a soda and looked down the bar at a girl... woman... sipping a martini. He half listened as someone babbled on to him about their life that he really didn't care about. Finally he got his soda and, as he walked down the bar to the girl, totally leaving in the middle of the person's babble about their life, he poured in the rest of the small bottle, making a note to get another one from... whatever his name was.
He sat on the stool next to the girl and smirked at her. "You looked lonely." he commented over the music, taking a sip of the mixed soda. He quirked an eyebrow at the girl. It was his first year at this place and so far it proved to be crawling with good looking girls, for what it lacked in good dealers it had to have something. He compulsively checked his pocket for the joint and relaxed when he confirmed it was still there.
He took another drink and looked the girl up and down, long legs, gorgeous eyes, if she didn't do a lot of talking she was the number one candidate for tonight. Unless he managed to find someone better, but that was a shallow thought to concern himself with if it came up.

Miller's smirk widened a touch. Good she wasn't the kind to melt at a member of the opposite sex talking to her. At least she wasn't yet. He'd made the mistake of assuming then later having to pry a girl off of him. He pushed his hair out of his eyes and looked to the bartender, a quick snap of the fingers to get her attenion. "Whatever she want." Miller said to the woman and reached in his pocket, the pocket of his jeans, not his blazer, which held the empty bottle and the joint. He paid for her drink and turned his attention back to the woman next to him.
"No, I couldn't get into the entertainment industry if I wanted to." He said honestly, his father had compared his voice to a dying cow, not that ne minded. He felt a hand on his shoulder and a weight in his pocket before the guy who'd brought him the first bottle walked past. "Miller Lattanzi." He introduced. He long ago stopped using his first name, his last name was recognizable enough for people to either think 'Jacob Lattanzi the mogel' or 'Olivia Newton John's baby-daddy' the latter of which wasn't true but it was often enough to make someone ask.

Miller finished his soda and ordered a second one. He smiled at the bar tender and pulled out the money, plus a generous tip. He figured good looking bartenders deserved a tip just for giving him something to look at. He pulled the new bottle from his pocket and opened it, smelling before pouring some into the soda. He had to think a minute before answering. "Yes, I'm a spade." He was getting use to the card theme around this place.
He sipped the soda, feeling the buzz of alcohol overcoming the buzz of the joint from earlier. He figured he'd light up later, depending on how things with this girl panned out, to smooth it out. He reached in yet another of his many pockets, pulling out a pack of cigarettes, shaking one out. He had the tri-fecta of death in his pockets and he was damn happy about it.

Miller smirked at her. "Boys my age also shouldn't drink or smoke pot, but what can I say? I'm mature for my age." He sipped at his drink before looking at her. "But I wouldn't want to start a house war now would I?" He shook another one out of the pack and held it out to her, pulling out his lighter andlet her, leaning in to light his off of hers.
He looked down at her hand, following up her arm, settling on her chest for a moment before looking up at her face with a smirk. "Want to get out of here? I'm tired of talking over the music." He said. Besides, it was starting to get too crowded at the bar and the guy on the other side of Miller smelled of sweat and stale food.

Miller chugged down the rest of his soda and smirked at her. He stood, took a moment to get steady and held a hand out to help her off the stool. He knew she probably didn't need it, but hey, it was what his mother had taught him to do. 'Always be polite Miller' Even his dad had stressed the importance of manners with women 'don't be an ass JR.'
"Oh you'd be surpirsed how many good ideas I have Miss Brooks." He smirked, leading the way to the door. "How about the lake?" He suggested, walking through the doorway.

Miller led her out of the club, and despite the fact that her skin was probably warmer than his own she was leaning on him. Though he wasn't about to say anything, it was all the better for him. He smirked and walked wit her to the lake. He tossed his nearly dead cigarette into the water and looked at her.
"So Miss Brooks, I got us here, now it's your turn, what are we doing?" He asked, reaching in his blazer pocket, pulling out the bottle and, using his one hand unscrewed the lid taking a drink. He held it out to her, figuring it was the nice thing to do, though he couldn't really confirm to her what it was.

"Hmm. I guess we'll just have to see where the night takes us," she replied cheekily, though she did cast her eyes appraisingly at the lake. Molly itched for a swim, but she fought down the urge to take a final pull from her cigarette and stamp it out. With a little barely-noticeable grimace she pulled off her shoes, the tall heels hurting her feet slightly. She was used to it, however, tall painful shoes were her favourite.
Plopping down, Molly leaned back on her arms languidly and smiled as he held out the flask. "Liquid of questionable origins? I'm down with it," she replied and took a swig. It was good, but even she couldn't identify what it was. The confines of her corset was slightly stifling and she reached a nimble hand behind her to undo the laces, allowing her to breath a little more.

Miller pulled the joint out of his pocket before sliding the blazer off and tossing it to the side. He sat next to Molly, pulling the lighter out to light the joint. He inhaled and blew the smoke out in rings. He'd been smoking since he was twelve, he picked up the smoke rings thing from one of his dad's assistants when he realized it amused people.
He took another toke and offered it to Molly. He didn't know what ll she did but so far she smoked, drank and went to the lake with guys she'd met minutes before hand. "I bet the water would feel really good." He commented. He actually enjoyed swimming, he didn't do a lot of it in lakes, but still.

Miller took the joint back and took another hit. He was a fan of the buzz he go from marijuana, it was almost as good as the one from Alcohol. He leaned back propped up on his elbows. He was pretty hapy with this school so far, save for all the actual rules. His old school didn't realy care what they did as long as they kept it quiet. Except for the incident that got him kicked out...
Miller pushed the thought out of his head and smirked at her. He watched her undressed and waved the joint a little. "When I'm done with this." He said, just sitting there appriciating the view of her pale body.

Miller brought the joint up to his lips once more. He snubbed it out on the toe of his shoe and put what was left in his jacket pocket. He slowly stood and pulled his blazer off. He paused to watch her float around before pulling his shirt over his head. Okay so he wasn't ripped or even tan, but hey t least he could be seen at night.
He pulled his jeans off and stepped out of his shoes, he pulled off his socks, leaving him in his boxers. He walked into the water, not quite prepared for just how cold it was. He managed to keep from gasping and after he got use to it he swam over to her. "Well?" He quirked an eyebrow. "You said you'd keep me warm."
