There are a few threads on the site that I find so intriguing, I am compelled to check them on a daily basis for new posts. It's like a slowgoing novel I can't get enough of-and it is threads such as these that will win the Thread of the Month award. Apparently, the rest of the site agrees with me. This was the only thread to receive nominations, of which it garnered four. Incredibly impressive-congratulations, Syed and Carmen.

This thread is the perfect exemplification of canon role playing with a twist. We are not closed off at ASF to unorthodox relationships, so long as canon is not altered. Somehow, both Alastor and Rita work together in perfect harmony...and flawless precedent of canon portrayal. The two of you seem to echo each other in a perfect guide of comedy, romance, and action-and did a very good job of integrating Wizarding Current Events into your thread. I was impressed, and I'm glad to see it continue. Forty-two posts and counting. Good luck with Rita and Alastor's relationship...and keep me up to date.
