I'm not trying to facilitate discussion or anything. Nope. Not me. happy.gif

So, out of curiosity, how did you find The Prime of Ambition? And what kept you coming back for more?

Heh ... even though it was only a few days ago I've forgotten how I found your wonderful comic! I followed a banner ... but can't remember what site that was on.

As for what keeps me coming back. Well....

Artwork, it's FANTASTIC!

Curiosity, I'm very interested in seeing what happens next!

Characters, everyone so far seems interesting!

Comments by you and your partner. This it's interesting reading about the creation process and the other thoughts you two post.

Great work!

Well, I am not quite sure how I found your great comic ...

biggrin.gif ... ähm, I think you created an account at the Terinu forum and posted a link to your comic (I think you just finished the first or second page) smile.gif - so I followed, I saw, and I stayed tongue.gif

As for why I stayed: cool.gif You know I love comics wub.gif - especially if they are well done and have a good story - so, yours is very well done and even in color laugh.gif

huh.gif So even if I do not like comics that only update sporadically angry.gif (meaning once a week or less) I have a few of them that I like - like yours biggrin.gif (and I vote also for yours - almost daily) ninja.gif

wink.gif What I also like is a forum - (especially new once - getting up to speed) - but they cost lots of time dry.gif and I already have a forum that I feel "belongs" to me (and I to it - because I grew up with it - and vice versa) laugh.gif - so I will spend more time over there than here tongue.gif - but I enjoy being here also wub.gif

So, long rant tongue.gif - thanks for bearing with me smile.gif

(By the way: I love smilies tongue.gif can't you tell?)

Uhm... well, I found this comic rambling around comicgenesis.com, because I was searching for a good comic to read during the Philosophy hour, at school (we were in the pc lab because some of my classmates were going to show a work made with flash) ... I remember I clicked on a random baloon (don't know how else call those small circles in the comigenesis' homepage), the fisrt that seemed intriguing, and... it was "The Prime of Ambition" happy.gif... it was on page... blink.gif uhm I think it was on the 2nd page of chapter one... I must confess that, at the time, it didn't impress me so much (since i couldn't read it with attention because of the few time)...
But, however, when I returned home and went back on comicgenesis. com, I saw again that little circle.. and clicked on it again, instinctively.... happy.gif

.....and this bring us to the point "why am I here?": I'm here for the same reason I clicked again on the link to the comic, that day... curiosity? Maybe, but curiosity is a consequence... even if I didn't pay attention, in the first place, I felt that there was something in this comic that made it more interesting than others... or than Philosophy! wink.gif
So I kept reading, I discovered a very good plot, not to mention the awesome artwork, and now both the comic and the forum are among my favourites! smile.gif
And here I am! happy.gif

Hmm, well I think I recall getting the link off "Chasing the Sunset"... www.fantasycomic.com. They posted your site as good comics to check out, so I did biggrin.gif And I don't regret coming either, because all the work and storyline is fantastic.

Oh, I've followed Sly's work from the beginning. I'm hooked. Now if she'd just finish something. wink.gif

Before we actually started on the comic, I believe I was informed by Sly that making sure she finishes this was my responsibility. So.... yay! I get to be a cheer-leading bully-type of co-artist and do my utmost best to make sure we finish this!
People who want to help out with this are fully encouraged to. happy.gif

Can sticks be used?

Oh and, you know why I'm here.

....but if you don't remember it's because I love both of you and the comic is pretty... also, since I've read the script (most of what's written anyway), I'm very interesting to know what the pages will actually look like. That's where most of my anticipation comes from... I already know what is going to happen.

I shouldn't have complained. She did finish Plan! (Or did Plan finish her?) biggrin.gif

I think it may have been a combination of the two.

I wouldn't personally refer to something that's reknowned for eating the souls of seniors as a "finishing school" tongue.gif (unless you meant the dead type of finished x_X)

I'm here because of advertising.... e-mails sent my way, links in LJ, oh and of course being told that some of my friends are actually following through on the project that they dreamed up -- brilliantness! I stay, well, it's pretty.. and how can I not read -- I think it would likely end up with me being hunted down and injured in some fashion... yup.
Oh, and a note from one even farther away from it all... Plan is never finished. You just kind of turn it in and decide to be done with it -- but it will forever follow you around and you will continously find ways it shoudl be done -- so she didn't finish that either tongue.gif

so she didn't finish that either

And that is the grim truth.

After T left and my Plan changed immensely, I hardly even wanted to do it anymore. It stopped being my Plan and started being Laura and Tim's monster. Only Edmund was able to help me salvage it into a B. I can' even read it, because I think of how many things I did WRONG and should've done DIFFERENTLY. Argh.

Best of luck to the Luth'rai and her Plan. May it be something you find passable.

I think we should never again speak of how Plan is never finished.

Why does it haunt me?

Let us, instead, go back to talking about why we like this comic so much.
