Lookie here... A friend and I made these cards from scratch. I gave off the info, while we teamed to make the images.He'll be the one who'll stake the claims on it, though.(Tch... damn guy... <_< )

anyways, here are the meanings of the latin words:
Negima! Pactio Card Official Value Parameters

Sapientia : Wisdom
Audacia : Courage
Temperantia : Temperance
Justitia : Justice
Fides : Faith
Spes : Hope
Caritas : Charity
Directio : Direction
Oriens : East
Occidens : West
Auster : South
Septentrio : North
Centrum : Center
Tonus : Color Tone
Rubor : Red
Caerulum : Blue
Viride : Green
Flavum : Yellow
Caneum : Dark Blue
Viola : Violet
Luteum : Orange
Roseum : Pink
Album : White
Nigror : Black
Aurum : Gold
Argentum : Silver
Astralitas : Star Affinity
Sol : Sun
Luna : Moon
Mercurius : Mercury
Venus : Venus
Mars : Mars
Jupiter : Jupiter

These values are the only values used for pactio cards (yet as of 1/4/06), which means they are used over and over again in different combinations. Only the Latin description of the character can be made up. I thought it was too constricting, but it wasn't such a bad thing after all. It kinda had a "lego construction manual" feel to it. :P
I got this value set from http://www.absoludicrous.net/antares7/latin/ln/index.html but I removed a few values since they haven't been used in a pactio card ever (w/c lead me to believe the author just put it there for completion's sake).

Here's the chcracter's "mixed-and-matched" latin nicks:
kanako -> queen of disguises -> regina dissimulans
mitsune -> wily fox -> dolosa volpes
sara/su -> energetic team -> alacer iugum
We're still planning something more and bigger than this. And more cards will come on more of the characters. Post comments, suggestions, questions, criticisms, etc. in here, or else I'll whuck you in the head. <_<

Kanako has her Urashima style techniques and familiar cat Kuro.
The Urashima family demon sword Yuuto Hina and the Magical Love Annex curse.

Back facet? You mean the backside of the cards? I don't think the pactio cards even have one, as far as I remember... I'll check the archives...
