i get most of mine from minitokyo. other than that, i dont know where else to...or wait..get the artbooks. XD

If you don't mind not being original, you can alot of pictures from Anime/Manga forums all over.
you can also get alot of picture and wallpaper from just Image Googling, especially if you search in the Japanese Google and can type in Hiragana.
