Here, we post absolutely crazy male characters in anime/manga/game because the only ones I can think about are women (o hi kaede and nice bort).

The more *&#@ed up they are, the better and if they're intimidatingly scary + crazy, that's even better.

Hardly scary, but definitely deserving a mention.
