The Kind Perverted Guardian Group: Members Posts: 1,818 Member No.: 8,335 Joined: 12-April 08	Art and story by Wakaki Tamiki Genre:Comedy, Fantasy, Romance, School-life,ecchi Summary: Katsuragi Keima is known on the net as the god of getting the girls while in real life he’s known as otamegane and he hates all real girls. However he is approached by Elsee, a devil from hell, to help her in catching runaway spirits that hide in people. Apparently the spirits only hide in the hearts of girls and the only way to get the souls out is by making the girl fall in love so the spirit gets forced out. And he’s not allowed to fail or he will lose his head. This series is simply high-level. I am heavily reminded of Death note since Katsuragi is smart looking and Elsee is pretty much a demon looking, Light and Ryuk anyone. As of now 29 chapters have been translated and Katsuragi has managed to catch the hearts of 5 girls. Katsuragi is pretty much as the summary says is pretty much the God of romance, he knows what to say in ANY situation. An example would be the second girl, a wealthy tsundre who`s father died a year ago and her rich status lost, still holds her very strong pride by hiding her loss and still claims to be wealthy, Katsuragi is able to melt the ice sorrounding her heart. The scenes where he makes the girl fall in love and the spirit gets extracted are simply beautiful and romantic. The art and story telling is cute and romantic and the cathing the girl`s heart scenes are stunning. You`ll laugh your ass off when you see Katsuragi`s mother the first time(she really knows how to hide the real her). Another demon girl(I`m happy that they`re so cute looking)joins Elsee and Katsuragi. The ecchi can range from low to high level but this series concentrates more on its story and romantic elements. Chapter 27 has an ecchi scene which made me laugh my ass off, honestly I was laughing for about 10 minutes straight by the mere thought of it. If this were to have an anime adaption and directed properly it will certainly be considered a series to talk about. Please enjoy The World God only knows recommended by yours truly. I really like Katsuragi as main charachter... such a simple guy, but also very smart, nice and still extremely sarcastic. Playing many games at one time and still be emotionally attached to every one of them, that guy is a genius.

Its been a very long time since I`ve read such a great series, to the point where I`m actually excited to read the next chapter. Like Shugima said, Katsuragi`s character is unique, to be more specific its very rare to see a series where the character gives of such a respectful vibe to the reader or viewer. You have to admit, Katsuragi is really cool and he isnt simple. And the latest chapter, where the next girl is completely realty-ish. Its the ultimate challenge, the series is filled with surprises and never fails to boor(boring)me. Honestly with enough luck this series may be able to land an anime adaption. I really dont see any reason why this series shouldnt get an anime adaption.

I dont know how to explain it but the conession scenes are absolutely epic in every aspect, like Keitaro said character design looks absolutely stunning. Katsuragi looks like like a kind angelic saint, the first girl blushing like that is a great response, its simply beautiful. Well its a good thing the girls lost their memories of these events, they would have thought that he cheated them. Did anyone besides me get reminded of Death note when you see Elsee and Katsuragi in one page together?

I thought the last confession was no where near as great as the last ones but 34 had me loving it. Regardless of being an otaku, he is still a great guy. Especially what he does for his mother in the latest chapter.

Why do I get the feeling that whoever set up may be end up being a rival. Part of me hopes thats someone who uses a cheat system and Keima reveals him to all. He doesnt seem to care that gal games are becoming popular.

FABULOUSLY dressed otaku + cuter version of Tsubaki (Soul Eater) + VN girl archetypes = win. My fave girl so far is Kasuga (the martial arts girl), but all of them really shine with the great art. Anime adaptation want.
