Welcome to the 2010 Edition of the AQS Anime Year End Awards. First off, some of you may be wondering why this is starting in January instead of December like I used to start it. Well, the reason is, I've been wanting to change the format of the Year End Awards for a while. Since it's the 2010 Edition of the Year End Awards, I want all anime from 2010 to be able to be eligible. So this year, any Anime from Fall 2009, Winter 2010, Spring 2010, Summer 2010, and Fall 2010 will be eligible for this years awards. That's 5 different seasons available. As usual, here's the format on how you can vote for your favorite anime in the awards:

That's how it's going down this year. I highly encourage everyone to vote in as many categories as possible, and if there's a mistake in someone's vote, then I'll be sure to send them a PM letting them know. If you have any questions, feel free to post here, or send me a PM, and I'll answer you as soon as I can. Here are the categories you can vote for:

Voting will end on January 31st @ Midnight PST, with the winners being revealed on February 1st. You're allowed to change your vote, but once it hits Midnight PST, then it'll be locked. So be sure you vote for as many categories as you can. Also, when voting, please vote for 3 Anime in each Category, I would hate for an anime to get an advantage over others because someone only voted for 1.

Also, when voting for the Best OP/ED/Insert Song Categories, please be sure you put the name of the song, and the name of the Anime. For Insert Songs, you can add the Episode # if you want to, your choice. Thanks again, and happy voting!

1. If you want to nominate a movie for Anime of the Year, go ahead, but for now, Movies/OAD's go into it's respective category.

2. Hard to answer this one, even if it's not the Best that you've seen, just put whatever you've seen that you think was better overall for that category.

didn't really watch much anime this year

Arakawa is very nice and I'm scanlating it.. eventhough the group' member been missing the last 2
months and i can't do without them...
MM! is another good story but I do want to know how the real end will be even if it's impossible...
Should there be a new thread for the 2012 ?
