Tsukasa's arc won't disappoint, just my feeling about it...

Well after reading the manga I know you guys won't be disappointed with it

The end to episode 21 was interesting and pretty funny, actually. "So, you looked at it, didn't you?" Looking forward to seeing what happens in the next episode.

They are the same image, I just added the "Nureru" and "Rape" image filters provided by Sankaku...

I have been disappointed with some of the arcs having vague endings.

Ah well then it makes more sense coz I wasn't sure if you meant you had found them online or what
Coz there aren't other version of those images (well at least not until the next ep comes out if ever) since it's not a game image.

And most likely since the interest in this series has just risen dramatically thanks to the final arc ... Ep 22 is already out subbed

Episode 22 was great. We get to see "the other side" of Tsukasa. This arc seems like it will be a good one, if everything stays on its current track.

Tsukasa-no-ane seems to be the type as Haruka, those two random-type people would probably hit it off.

Just one more ep left in Tsukasa's arc. I hope this one ends on a good note. Also, there seems to be an extra episode(#25). I wonder what it will cover.

watched the raws I saw another girl for ep 25. Is it Her? this will be interesting

I mean she never got introduced even in the first ep. Or maybe she's just an additional girl for the anime

... watching it download ... waiting ... waiting ... (yes the main sub) ... faster damn you!

Tsukasa nooooo why did you do that to yourself, I don't care if it's 10 yrs later, its horrible but at least it can grow out. Tsukasa-no-musume was adorable, best epilogue of the series.

Only got to watch the 2nd half of Ep 24 now ...
Got interrupted by going to a movie

Well it still was a bit of a weak ending before the prologue ... and their daughter is not 9 years old in the prologue either ...
But playing the two sided personality for this arc did make it more interesting.

Haruka's arc wins ... this one comes in 2nd ... IMO

Hopefully next episode will be the flashback to what happened to start it all ...

EPISODE 25?!?! WHAT?! THERE'S STILL MORE?!?!

I dont recommend getting the VTW release though, better wait for UTW or anyone else, the subs lack quality...

Didn't get the chance to react at the past arc but: Ayatsuji is in my top three Amagami Heroines! The ten years later like Haruka's really sealed the deal, and we have mini-Tsukasa as a bonus.

Wow Junichi's melancholy has a pretty f***** up root, yandere stalker huh, I heard there's a bad end in the game where if you refuse her she will reveal your "treasured stash" to the whole school, aside from humiliation, you won't ever have a girlfriend ever in your high school life, furthermore your friends (even Umehara and Kaoru) will stay away from you because their reputation will be ruined if they get close to you, even Miya will never talk to you at school. Now that's a really miserable ending.

Risa-stalker-chan.
Damn - I wanna see that complete picture - what's he doing to the girl in it that's enough to chase even Haruka away?

Wow - we finally get the background story as I've been hoping for!

Well, that's a different one - glad to see a completely different arc ... though it's only one episode
Maybe they could also have had the nice boat version of that where she kills all 6 of them? lol

Episode 25 was both good and interesting, IMHO. We get to find out a lot more about Junichi's tragic past. Plus, Risa is cute, regardless of her being a stalker or not. Overall, Amagami SS was a very good series. I enjoyed it a lot, even if there were some disappointing arcs.

Morishima - Lol kinkyroleplaying stupid couple. Guess I prefer this kind of comedy to B Gata H Kei

Kaoru - Even before watching this, I always remembered this series for the character that managed to get the nickname Sexhair Favourite character. the second half of her route was kinda bland though :/

Nakata - Yeah. I guess I don't like the extremely softly spoken timid type. The Narrator and Imouto got me through this one. Miya is a breath of fresh air. She has scratch as default attack rather than punch or slap. Wierd and wacky Shizuka Itou also helped.

Finally got around to watching the OVA and it was pretty good, no incest, plenty of Miya cuteness though.

So I finally gave in and watched Ep 26 ...

Started off reasonably normal, then half way, Nii-Nii-chan meets Stalker-chan ... OK this is getting weird ...
WTH? "Even if you like guys" ... OK this is getting strange even for a Nii-Nii-chan arc ...

Finally ... "He can play with me until he gets a girlfriend" ... and then he walks in on her in the bath ... Fin

That episode was just strange ...

... and at the end it also says it's supposed to be Ep 0 (before Ep 1)

because it is supposed to happen before Tachibana scores with any of the girls, all multiple paths are opened to him, episode 25 is the one that will happen last, because Risa is the final, hidden boss of the game. that is the one with all paths closed off,

They occur during the original arcs.

The only real surprise was the book ... ... ...
Though Haruka was 'amusing' ... as expected

From that I guess the 2nd OVA will be the same for the other 3 ...

Whoa, short OAV. guess I'll check em out at some point. When did they come out? I thought there was just Miya's OVA.

Was annoyed by last ep. This was a domesticated VN with no bad ends - but now there's this katamari proverbial kick in the balls to all the others girls end?

This and Miya's ep also creates some confusion - as it indicates many events happen concurrently - just that in each end he proceeds towards one girl. Was it like this in the original?? Surely he can't have enough time to 'cover' all the girls?!??!

Also Miya's ep doesn't really work as a prequel ep when it runs quite deep into progress with the girls.

I guess it's a cheap laughs series - but was a fun diversion for it.

Miya's OVA (some called Ep 26) is actually Ep 0 (i.e. just before Ep 1)
Stalker-chan's OVA is Ep 25 (i.e. after the other 6 girls)

These 2 new OVA (1st one came out the other day) are extra events during the stories.

Overall, if you think of it as a VN, where the arcs diverge at certain points in the story - it makes sense.
Each arc starts at a different point in the story so there is some beginning overlap with some of them
(though that overlap may not be shown in the new arc - just assumed from an earlier arc)

Hm that's quite recent.

I would let it lie in most cases, but the last two eps show him quite deep into things like signing up to work on the festival and training Sae. Individually these are massive time sinks, but it shows he does everything?

I guess I'm having trouble believing that.

25 and 0 (or 26) were not televised with the show.
They were after extras - so those 2 arcs attempt to tie in parts of the other arcs because we had already seen the completed 6 main arcs as the TV show.

What makes 0 the first one is that he doesn't have a girlfriend yet - so that pretty much puts it before the end of any other arc.
As for 25 - well the idea there is that she stopped each other arc from happening so it's sorta like after the other arcs have started but without them completing.

... like a VN

Edit: oops - 25 was televised after 24 - but 26 was the extra (but 25 fits in more easily anyway ... also as the 'final boss' )

If they ever televise a Maya or Hibiki arc, that would be tops in my book...
