I need to make a new one...Any suggestions on a series? Negima is really hard, if you didn't realize...

Please, no Naruto, Bleach, or One Piece suggestions...

We need something totally different from Negima (or similar themes).

Wow. That'd be really hard to find... Normally I would suggest Xenosaga (because I want to see it! I don't have a PS2 so I can't play it!) but that's probably harder than Negima.

Totally different? I can't think of anything.

Honestly I don't see where the prob is... it's like proofreading the rest of the english, besides the amount of french is very small (sometimes full of idiomatic mistakes but oh well that's another problem)...

Bah drop it all you have to know is that won't be a prob to proofread or to translate, you can trust me wink.gif

use a normal chapter page (about 18 if i'm not wrong)

well, the proofreading would be meaningless if you missed something, and especially if that's about a language you (not you, sox) don't understand... dry.gif

(no offense)

Depends. Ideally, you'd have multiple tests, both at the same level, and at different levels. Graduated driving anyone? (This avoids someone posting the answers and ruining the testing... although the likelihood of THAT is very low as it is.)

So you'd have like a "Level One" test which would be maybe 5 or 10 pages of something (and you'd have three different such tests),
then a "Level Two" test which is maybe 10-15 pages of something else (two different such tests or so),
and then a "Level Three" test based on Negima! (maybe the old one, unless there is something better).

Something like that... modifications as you see fit work too...

There's also a question of whether (a) proofread test(s) should contain scanlated pages, or whether proofreading should be done based on a script, or both even.

That said, that might be too complex -- might lead to a too-many-cooks-in-the-kitchen or too-much-work-equals-burnout sort of problem or similar.

I just wanted to check:
The most recent Proofreader test is the second one, right? I took (and failed) the first one, but I haven't gotten around to opening the second one up at all yet >_>

Yes, the 2nd one is the newest one (although it's just as unfair and probably more...)
