Ok everyone, THIS is the thread to talk about the REAL heroes of Negima - That is to say, Nagi Springfield and those who fought with him in the war. Thus, this is the fan club for the following individuals:

1: Nagi Springfield
2: 'Colonel Sanders', Albireo Ima
3: Takamichi T. Takahata
4: Eishun Konoe
5: Whoever the heck the big guy with the zanbatou is.
6: Gatou Kagura Vandenburg

So... wanna cheer for Sanders? This is where you go. And remember, Kotarou was attacked by Karaage.

what's a zanbatou and a karaage?

Zanbatou is a huge blade that's supposed to cut through a horse and its rider with one swing. Needless to say that it is very difficult to wield. Though I'm not sure if people in their right mind would make one.

Karaage... deep fried food?

From my understanding, it was made historically in Japan... kinda stopped being made after it was found to be too heavy to use, though.

As for Karaage... that's a reference to Volume 3 of the Del Rey manga... "Nodoka's being attacked by... Karaage!" "NODOKA'S BEING ATTACKED BY FRIED CHICKEN?!"

Mix this with Colonel Sanders, and you about get the joke, I think.

We know about Nagi right? He's 35. He got his name for doing good deeds. He left his two kids at the age of 25. He won the tournament everyone else is in at the age of 10. He knows Eva and Asuna personally. He trapped Eva and something happened to his comrades that caused them to split apart.

Albireo Ima AKA Colonel Sanders- Pevert. 3th mot powerful of Nagi's group. He is as bad as Nagi. Judging form when he talked to Negi, he might have the ability to change his appearance at will. He covers his face under a hood. A good fighter but we haven't seen any magic from him yet. He has a connection to the dragon from chapter 59. Choa states that he works at the library but is this for real?

Big sword guy- Rumored to be Asuna's dad because it looks like the same sword Asuna has.

Gatou Kagura Vandenburg- Takamichi T. Takahata's sensei. Its unknown it they're realated or not but he thought him Kanka. He's dead now if you see in the flashback of chapter 102. My theory is that whatever killed him is the reason that the band split. He and Takamichi T. Takahata have the same relationship as Rock Lee and Ghai- Sensei. (I don't watch Naruto)

Konoe- Konoka's dad. He has a relation to The principle of Konoka's school. Not sure of his magic or fighting abilities. He smokes like Gatou but he still living. He uses charms for magic...I think. He hired Setsuna to be Konoka's guard.

Takamichi T. Takahata- We know about him right? He likes that one woman who introduces Negi to Mahora. He gave Asuna her bells and I think thats it. Oh he clueless that Sanders was at the school.

Probably been mentioned before elsewhere but you think Negi's father could have the name "Thousand Master" AND "Southern Master"?

He said so himself that he doesn't really know a thousand spells.

While Negi is a genius prodigy who relies on knowledge and acquired skills and techniques.

Nagi was a dropout and and an idiot but has an overkill power.

Remember the curse on Eva was too much no living mage can take it off.

Not to mention reckless in battle if we are to believe Eva.

Nagi Springfield, the father of Negi Springfield, gained the most respect from Kiddy, out of the legendary six.

Nagi is for Negi, like how King Kong is for Kid Kong!

Negi and Kiddy shared the same thing in common. Kiddy dunno much about whether Nagi died, or where he disappeared too. But Kiddy's dad, King Kong, died when shot down from the top of the Empire State Building.

Just the make alittle remark:

At the end of vol.6, when Negi and the others look at the picture of Nagi's group, there is a young boy too. It's just an opinion, but I think it's the white haired youth. They look pretty much the same, and that would explain his interest in Negi's powers.

Actually, the "White-haired youth" shown in the picture is probably Takahata, as we know that the guy that looks like Takahata does now is Gatou, but we also know that Takahata has a picture of the group too, which indicates he was part of it.

hmm.. from all the pictures i've seen so far, there's 7 people in the group. the person that looks like the current takahata is gatou, but there's two other white-haired people: one young man (the past takahata) and a little white-haired boy (who looked like the one from the kyoto arc)

there's possibly some connection between the two, but why would one of nagi's companion want to attack negi and his group?

edit: there's a large picture in chapter 129 of the group

Perhaps he simply decied to betray them, or when the group scattered, he started to work on dark stuff (that will explain his bad guy role in the kyotot field trip)

did anyone noticed that eishun always hold a stick in the group photos which resembled the tsurugi setsuna carries currently?

My guess is that he's truely a veteran shinmeiryu swordsman....(but he should know how to dispel petrification magic as nagi does...when he was petrified by Sukuna...may be he can't use magic just like takahata...bahz..who knows..)

Sukuna doesn't really resembles the boy in that picture...plus eva-chan elaborated that he is not a human (a demon instead?), would nagi and his companion travel with a monster?

Hello! I am joining The Legends Lair because I am a fan of Nagi Springfield! I dislike Sanders because he is ecchi and weird. During the fight he had with Kaede Nagase, he probably WANTED a probationary contract with her (or something equally or more perverted)! Geez! Oh god, I just scarred myself. WAAAH!
