The problem is that Chiu thinks everyone else is baka...so it just doesn't really seem to work IMHO.

BTW: as bizarre as ep. 19 of Negima!? was, the "kitsune Chiu/Chisame" was probably one of the cutest things in the episode.

That would be an interesting development. Though it wouldn't be completly unfounded I think.

BTW: looking at the sig of Chisame's pactio suddenly makes me think of either "Card Captor Sakurazaki" (which would involve swords, not magic wands) or "Card Captor Sakurako" (which would be really cute...except she'll probably use it as a cheerleading baton and cause all sorts of chaos) Better to just leave it with Chiu.

The problem is that no one really uses the Fan Club threads...don't know why but I'm a Chiu fan through and through. All we need is an excuse for an active thread.

this whole section is dead.... most of the conversation takes place in the main forum......

The threads here are usually no more than places to declare your favorite characters... but even then, it's more useful to place your votes in jopchan's polls, which are usually in the main Negima! board.

And...you haven't really joined until you either establish a gimmick or create an intro thread... I don't mean to be rude but a lot of people who forego the intro thread get lost and generally forgotten. But at least you have an avatar. A lot don't.

I admit I'm only posting here because I'm bored and want free posts.

Somehow posting in the Library Club section made me realize how little Akamatsu really showed Chisame off before "EGirl Life". Heck, now that I think about it, its funny when you realize that she only has two lines prior to that chapter:

-One line to Shizuna-sensei in chp. 1 asking if she was joking that "some ten-year old was their teacher"
-"Ge" (yes, that's her entire line, directly to Ayaka when she tries to force everyone to study for the year-end test)

And of course, neither of her two speaking roles were to Negi, compared to even some of the other "silent characters" at that time who had visual cues towards the teacher. (particularly Eva making a slight comment the first time he arrived)

Well of course, Chisame won't say much... That was chapter 1... Look at the more recent chapters now... She has a lot more to say.

When I said that, I was making comment on how she was pretty much avoiding all contact with anyone, Negi or otherwise. That "Ge" back then told us all we needed to know: she was an extremely anti-social female and unlike other quiet or anti-social girls in that class (which at the time also included Evangeline, Setsuna, Zazie and such), she wasn't afraid to make it known.

Chisame is the sort of type that has A LOT of opinions but doesn't give em out to just anybody. Sure, she's quiet at first but if you become good friends with her (like Negi does) she'll be a full-out blabber mouth, with many words of wisdom .

It's just so funny how she comments to the stupidest things the Mahora Girls do in class. She'd be like, "idiot!" .

Awwww how sad. Is there no one who likes Chiu-chan anymore?

I wanted to change that - but time kills me. I was planning to do little doodles of my favourite characters to bulk out my token posts in here.

I like chiu with the development she's gotten. However not among my favourites (There's only so much love to spread around!).

Hmm - I guess I could post 2 old non-doodle pics of her (and Kazumi) I did a while back in the extras to liven the look of this place up a bit
