i`m guessing katarou learn it by his self or a hand book since he was a stray from the start atfer it a dog eat dog world out there since the inugami won`t except him and the human won`t not except him wither so he was force to go off defend for him self that my guess evern thought i relly a crazy idea

HE is a magister. He already has part of an official within him. All he needs to do is find an official partner.
If it still comes to pass that he doesn't find one, the official contract will concentrate itself on Negi only. |

Sorry, but you're not making a lot of sense. I'm talking about what it would look like if Negi acted as a Ministel to some other, unkown mage/magister. What would his ministel pactio card look like? I have not seen one. If you have, could you tell me where and/or give a link? |

What I meant is he's activating the OFFICIAL contract, not a pactio, when he's doing it to himself. Although the contracts are different, they have the same incantation.
