When she met Kotarou's grandfather. she was supposed to live as a normal human being and she threw away her demonic urges. They were supposed to grow old together and die together, becuase its her demon powers that keeps her youth. Ofcourse a certain someone thought otherwise and brought shia back. By the end though, she simply used up so much energy she just collapsed. ya its kinda ironic, but thats why she died. as the for 2nd part, im not sure what you mean.
