In ep1 when she blow up the class room it was the teacher who ended up with the blame for it not her. I think this is due to how powerfull her family is.

We know that they are rich and we know that Louise was the person picked to play with the princess when they where small. The king and queen are not going to let their daughter the princess play with just any noble. They would pick one who is from a powerfull and rich family.

If this is true then the magic school might not what the trouble of kicking someone from such a powerfull family out. They are just wating for here to graduate.

I have only seen 3 diffrent colour capes with the students and if its a diffrent colour for each year then i think there is only 3 years in magic school.

The one requirement for magic school is magic ability which she does have, she just needs to learn how to control her powers. I just realized why Siesta sounds so cute is because her seiyu is cute and should be quite familiar to most people around here.

Eiyuu = Hero, Great Person, Archer, (maybe) Shirou. Basically almost every lead in a series.

And Saito in the novel seems to have it all. The looks (hey, he even bagged the amours of a Queen), the mad l33t skillz (Gandalfr's enough, and if any more of those Staves of Destruction comes his way... ), the resolve to fight (I guess a whipcrack from Louise's and Henrietta on his mind is enough). And if there's anything to set him apart from the standard lead, it's the fact that he knows that girls chase after him and likes the idea of it.

Anyway, has anyone wondered about the fact that Louise's the "3rd daughter of the Valiel family"? I mean, any info about her siblings would be cool... No other mention has been said...

Technically, Miss "Bust Revolution" is half-elf.

Considering how Saito always gets himself "involved" with other heroines in some way, Tiffania has a surprisingly "normal" relationship with Saito.

What do I mean by that? Well, let's put it this way:

Louise - Saito = Dog (Offensive-type)
Siesta - Always takes the initiative (Offensive-type)
Henrietta - Approaches Saito on her own (Offensive-type)
Jessica - Um, she almost ate Saito (Offensive-type)
Kirche - Self-explanatory (Offensive-type)

on the other hand:

Tiffania - Gentle, shy, but grown-up (Defensive-type)

In other words, with Tiffania, Saito can actually talk without being pressured. Even though Henrietta is quite mature as well, her status prevents Saito from speaking with her frankly. Tiffania, on the other hand, is a perfectly "normal" girl (well, besides the elf thing, and the Mikuru-class chest, and...), so Saito has a lot more room to breathe here.

So, just how does Saito deal with a cute girl like Tiffania anyway? ...Well, I'll save that for later.

Anyway, some chinese person translated half of volume one into chinese. I then translated that into english. Here is the bottom half of chapter 1, volume 1, in english. Bear in mind I'm not that good at english, and this is just a draft to show you what the novel is like. If you want to take it and reword it to sound better, feel free to do so, etc

Maybe I could find a girlfriend。Saito hoped that this normal day would be more exciting。
But，this excitement did not come from the internet, instead, it was found on the way home.
Walking from the train station，a weird circle-like portal appeared in front of Saito。

At first, he thought about not doing that。But then thought nothing could happen if he just visited it for a second。This is his nature that always got him into trouble。
Saito picked up a rock, and threw it into the portal。
The rock disappeared。
Walking behind the portal, Saito searched for the rock。But the rock was no where to be seen
Then he pulled out his key from his pocket, and pushed the tip of the key into the portal。
Nothing happened。
He pulled it out to inspect it, but nothing had happened to the key。This is why Saito thought it was safe. Because of this thought，his curiosity for the portal grew even more。
Finally, Saito walked into the portal。
He regretted it immediately。There was pain on every inch of his body。The pain was the same as the one he experienced when he was small. His mother had bought him a device that was supposed to stimulate the brain. But as soon as he put it on and turned it on, there was a big shock to his body. Saito fell into unconsciousness, and when he woke up......
It was another world.。

Louise asked suspiciously, her hand holding the bread from dinner。
The two were sitting on chairs next to the table。

i didnt realise the novel was that long. Matching the pics in it to the pics in my raw copy it looks like its only the first 100 of 256 pages of volume 1. i can see why Sushi dosnt have the time to translate it.

Each volume is about 250-300 pages long, which is a pretty typical size for a light novel.

The thickest light novel I know of is probably the final volume of "Owari no Chronicle", published under Dengeki Bunko, with 1085 pages.

You can probably kill someone by hitting them over the head with it.

By the way, Owari no Chronicle is an amazing novel as well, Kawakami Minoru is an astounding writer. (Click on the green link in my sig for a MAD video of the novel ^^; )
One day, an anime adaptation will be made for it, I'm sure of it.

My guess. The war is over, and Saito becomes a war hero. However, because he's a commoner, he doesn't get recognized. Its okay, he's got Louise right?

WRONG

Louise's father goes to court with Saito, charging him with attempted rape. Since the Princess is still sore about how Saito abandoned her, she pulls some strings and finds Saito guilty of all charges, with the punishment being the death penalty. Saito is beheaded, and Louise, pregnant with Saito's child, commits suicide in her room, impaling herself with Derflinger.

That's right, it's sf from Owari no Chronicle. I'm always a sucker for the silent maid types (Hisui, Wilheimina, etc.), but sf probably broke some record here: boke android servant maid with pointlessly high firepower. I stress boke.
