I just watched episode 7 and I am completely confused.

I don't know what's there to be confused about.

All 3 series have the same pattern of episodes, namely 2 types.

1) No plot, no progress:
Absolutely nothing relevant to the story, starts out with a problem w/ Louise and Saito's relationship.
Some fanservice and funny moments, but ultimately Saito messes up and everything resets at the end of the episode.
Sometimes has some emo.
Recurring device: "accidental" groping, S&M

2) Some plot, no fun:
Manages to get some story in, but in a way that's...not all that fun.
2nd season ending was NEARLY good, but they had to ruin it by having the Boob Fairy revive Saito.
Recurring device: Nobles and the way they act.

...I honestly don't know why I still put up with this.
Maybe I'll just finish S3, if it's nothing special I'll definitely stop.

I can't say what I am confused about without giving away a major spoiler, if you saw the episode you would know why I am confused. It is something significant enough so that even spoiler tags wont work for it.

I take it you refer to the ending of said episode 7 ?

while not confused i will say that i am disappointed with this turn of events....

I`m not if you guys are checking the novels. But they skipped a large portion of the series.
They may get back to it. but still

I`m more confused about Tabitha`s dragon. She appears in human in the 2 Tabitha novels which only concentrate on Tabitha. Louise, Saito and others are NOT in the Tabitha novels.
And considering there are about 6 episodes are left I`m not sure whether we`ll see the dragon in human form, unless they put her in a filler situation.
Or if they make a 4th season.

Scenes from the novels that either will appear later or may never appear in the anime:

1)Louise trys on the sailor fuku and looks in the mirror to see why Saito likes it so much.
2)Louise slaps Henrietta in the face.
3)Tabitha fights a male elf.
4)Louise, Kirce and Monmerancy belly dancing(You read me)
5)Tiffania hanging out with children


These are a few things that they have skipped from the chronological order of the series. They are either skipping them or they plan on getting back to these events, theres plenty more stuff they skipped but I dont want to give away the major story elements in case they do plan to get to them.

Yeah, episode 7's ending is a pretty big thing. You'll find out why that happened and things should get a little more serious.

But yeah, even I've gotta agree with Sayo here. They've skipped out on a ton of huge plot points in the novels that are starting to drive me nuts. If you want to find out what said plot points are read the novels on baka tsuki (considering Seven Seas just put Kanokon and Zero into TBA from November releases, those bastards).

Episode 8 has aired in Japan.

Tabitha begins her fight with the male elf.

They had another ecchi scene where part of the screen was blacked out.
Siesta and Louise grabbing Tiffa`s breasts.

Looks like they decided to go back in the order of the novels.

Episode 9 may have the belly-dancing.

Yeah, I just watched the subbed 7th episode....

I download OSU`s subs. and when Eclipse release. I delete the OSU release and then download the eclipse.

Anyway seems like ep.9 may be having Tabitha`s dragon in human form making an appearance naked in the grounds.

Episode 9 has aired and my prediction is correct, Tabitha`s dragon is walking around the grounds naked and is no doubt looking for help to rescue Tabitha.

Just watched ep 12. Tabitha is really aggressive with Saito O_o. And yet another cliff hanger

Looks like there will be a season 4.

If you noticed Charlotee's mom looked over at her and called her Charlotte, does this means that her madness is fading or did Louise help cure it with that dispel?
Her being aggressive with Saito was a lot of fun, he might perfer smaller women so she could be real competition for louise.

I think season 4 will really be something now that Tabitha is attacking Saito more aggressively . And also don't forget that Louise is now the 2nd in command of whole country (more time for Saito and Hanrieta to be together )

i found the last episode to be rather anti climatic.... i wasn't even aware that it was the final episode until recently....

i am not impressed. i really want louise to die.

Wow. I can not describe how much I want to get ahold of the novels. I've read all the previews and its like they took out all the plot and just made it all fan service + a smattering of something that resembles a plot line...

BTW, Seven Seas has suspened all of their novels. So no, we won't be seeing Zero no Tsukaima novels over in NA now. I wanna cry.

Everytime progress is made....a naked Tabitha appears. Or some other random *&#@ery. Why do I keep watching this damned show? I know I'll never see a satisfying development.

Oh if you look at the end of the trailer, looks like the Limited version of game 3 has some nice goodies.

Limited version of game 2 had a replica of Louise`s wand, but Its not worth paying extra in my opinion.

So ... I watched season 1, 2 & 3 over the past few days ...
(I wanted something to watch and found my waiting each week for Index,Toradora and Kannagi was just too much waiting ... and I easily found 3 full seeded torrents for S1, S2 & S3)
Anyone found out if S4 is gonna happen yet?
The official site (Japanese) says nothing and same for ANN.
I think it was around this time of year they announced S2 or S3.
The ending of S3 would really be bad if they didn't do an S4 ... though I am surprised they have done 3 seasons in a row already ...
Not that it's bad, but more that there are so many shows that don't get even a 2nd season and this has had 3 years in a row already ...
Season 3 really did just seem to be about fanservice and Saito failing to get it on with any of the girls ... with a bit of the light novel story thrown in to make it sound like an actual serial
So maybe they've managed to kill it off by doing that?
I guess it may be a few more months before they announce it if they are considering another season or maybe they're considering the OAD option?
