Have you a link to this chaotic statement of yours? And what do you mean? I hope you are saying that an emulation of the game is available on that XBox marketplace thing of theirs...not a sequel...

Though if it is a sequel, hopefully it will burn in hell like those N64 attempts... :/

xbox live arcade... as in it's going to be available for DL...
this is my favorite of favorite video games ever!
and i've tried (and failed) trying to play it on a saturn emulator (again.. saturn version has more stuff; i canj't get the emulator to work...

I have an old Japanese Sega Saturn and have been itching to play that version of SotN...but I don't know if I want to shell out $120 USD for a used copy of the game. Though it sounds REEEEEEALLY tempting... Guess I will have to settle with the Japanese PSX version with the cool (but not as awesomely funny) Japanese voices and the sweet mini artbook that comes with it.

Speed run of "Trauma Center: Second Opinion"

The first and currently the only Wii game that's been speedrun..

speed run is basically finish the game AS FAST AS POSSIBLE.

Thou there are other types of speed runs (like a collection rating such as the metroid games, and/or rank still at the fastest time possible), this game wzas done old school, meaning it doesn't care about score or ranks, just pure speed...
