Negima Girls... Measurements?

For anyone interested:

There's this 10-year-old who's 141cm . Oh WOW they're short.

where did they get these measurements?
i don't remember the mangas ever saying anything about the measurements.....

als that page is all screwed up for me.... any one know how to fix it?

I have the same size of Mana and got bigger breasts than Chizuru... and I'm a guy (OMG I've just measured my breast size >_> That's sick)

And I'm NOT fat (at least not that much)

Also, I once asked my (female) friends to measure their breast size and all of them got values bigger than 100cm, and some of them had not very big breasts...

The bust, waist, and hip measurements that the site (The Japanese Negima Research site...) has may be correct, but I kinda have my doubts on some of the heights...

I determine height by the omake in the first volume that features the heights of all the girls in the class and how they compare to each other...

That site says that Rainyday is shorter than Miyazaki, but if you look at the omake, Rainyday is just a tad bit taller than Miyazaki...

Also, those measurements have Kuu taller than someone (I forget...), but by the omake, Kuu is actually shorter than the person...

I think the person was Sakurazaki, but I could be wrong...

Tatsumiya is the highest, and fuuka and fumika is the shortest. hmmmmm

These come from the PS2 games (and are quite old).

And I've converted the 3-counts to inches.

Hmm - I'm surprised that Kazumi is equal second (equal to Mana & Kaede) - after, of course, Chizuru
But also surprised that all 3 are bigger than Paru?!? who is equal 3rd with Akira & Satsuki
(The surprise about Paru may become obvious one day if I ever complete a trace I started a while back ...)

Yeah, I'd guess the three-point measurements are approximations, but I'd think they would have been able to accurately place the heights comparing one girl to another since Ken has made an official height charts for all the girls...

Which is why I disagree with some of the heights on the statistics...

correct me if i'm wrong but humans develop quicker in the past partly because of the stress associated with a hard living condition, similar to undeveloped nations toady. so eva could be more developed because she was originally from the middle ages. remember women stared giving birth at about 14 back then

The fact that people tried to figure this out is amusing and worrying.

Aren't they worried that the drawing are not going to be internally consistent from scene to scene? Given that a crew works on the draws (as I understand it) there's going to be variation on any given panel depending on a million variables.

That inconsistancy, plus the fact that they have to "scale" the measurements, leaves a lot of room for error, it seems.

I agree with blackseven on the three-point measurements, but you could kinda accurately guess the heights of the girls since the first volume's omake did feature a height chart for all the girls in comparison to one another... (Though there was a reference to how tall they were with the intervals of ten centimeters...)

And also, Springfield and Minamoto were both given of their exact heights... (Though Springfield's is probably going to change by the end of the manga...)

That is why no one ever said that what we see in this thread is 100% correct. Also, judging by the way they draw the *ehem* chests, it's pretty inconsistent with what we're seeing now.

Take Makie for example. Given that the character (out of all of manga and anime) being NEAREST to Makie in terms of quoted sizes is Shuffle!'s Primula, we definitely can see a major difference in them in terms of art.

Stress has nothing to do with it.

The maxium life expectancy in the Middle Ages was 35 years.

When you've hit your teenage years back then you are considered an adult.

Actualy due to todays better nutrition and life expentancy girls develop faster.

Preteen girls now go to puberty around 9 to 10.

When originally it was 12 to 13.

you can't rule out stress as a main factor. it was a whole lot more stressful back then. stress causes a body to store fat and fat is one of the main need of a female to mature. today females mature because of excess fat, that fat come from food, fast food.......

Oh btw, if you want to compare breast sizes, you should compare cup sizes. the girls are retardedly skinny so you get a mix of massive busts and thin chests. So you may wanna grab cup sizes from a reliable source for some of the people on this forum to play with.

Before making assumptions on female puberty please read.

For the record, there's a big difference between the breast size(cup size) and the bust(which is listed) bust is the erm....measurement around the largest part of the chest area-like cir!@#ference but not a circle(i think that was it?) and the cup size is how big the actual breasts are. In other words a girl can have a bust/cup of 32FF which means she's 32 inches around and have FF size breasts or a girl with 36C which means the girl is 36 inches around and she has C size cups. This means that the girl with 32FF is skinnier and therefore her bust is smaller but her boobs are definitely bigger than the girl with 36C. By a long shot. and Yes I know what I'm talking about. I've compared the two in real life.
