You guys are up first. Go ahead and choose who you want to participate in this one. Note that you cannot use them in the next battle unless it's a wild card challenge.

Evangeline and Makie will start.

Evangeline gets the first attack although Makie seems to be moving really fast today:

Makie pulls out her ribbon as a whip, stopping most of Evangeline's physical attacks, though she lets loose a few dark arrows to knock Makie off balance:

Damage: Evangeline = 12 Makie = 7
HP: Evangeline = 27 Makie = 40

I'm not sure what's going on, but either she's not at the top of her game today or Evangeline seems to be holding back. "Heh heh heh" She lets loose with some dark energy blast and connects. Makie can't seemt to get as many hits in, as it appears that the spell Evangeline just cast made it difficult for her to see:
Turns 21-30: Evangeline = 6,1,3,1,6,6,5,1,4,1 Makie = 1,1,2,2,4,4,4,6,3,3
Damage: Evangeline = 8 Makie = 12
HP: Evangeline = 19 Makie = 28

Evangeline takes advantage of Makie's reduced vision to lay on heavy damage:

Damage: Evangeline = 4 Makie = 11
HP: Evangeline = 15 Makie = 17

The effect wears off, which Evangeline didn't expect so soon. Makie comes back with full force, jumps behind her and snares her with the ribbon as she lands, and connects with several fast kicks, and finishes with a throw:

Evangeline is out. That was surprising as I didn't expect Makie to take out Evangeline. HP Makie = 17. Team Domini Rei Inuntilis is off to a good start.

Mana Tatsumiya comes in with guns blazing (don't worry, she's not using lethal ammo)

Since Makie is weak, she fires pulse shots an an attempt to wear Makie down, though Makie seems to be dodging them pretty well:

Makie comes in to attempt to knock Mana's guns out of her hands and lands some strong hits. Taking her time, Mana makes several critical shots count:

That last pulse shot sent Makie flying across the floor. Makie collapses. She's out.

Haruna jumps into battle, with fighting gear to boot, based on one of her manga characters:

Haruna comes in with some strong punches immediately, but like we just saw, Mana patiently waits to make her shots count:

Mana had better be careful, as Haruna is gradually laying on the damage:

Mana manages to hit Haruna with two critical hits, but Haruna immediate counters and knocks her guns out and finishes her with a hard tackle:

Zazie Rainyday is ready to conjure up some magic to help her out.

Zazie Rainyday conjures some birds with her magic to distract Haruna, although Haruna seems to figure it out very quickly:

Zazie and Haruna seem to be evenly matched with power as they power deal damage and forth to each other:

Asuna draws her fan and unleashes a barrage of fire slash attacks, though Ku Fei is quick to react:

These two go at it furiously, especially with the few points that Fei Ku has left, as she tries to knock more HP off of Asuna. Fei Ku blocks a fan attack by Asuna, but is quickly knocked to the ground by a spin kick from Asuna. Fei Ku is out

HP Asuna = 21

Sayo Aizawa is next, with two members per team remaining.

Asuna continues with several fire wave attacks, causing a lot of damage to Sayo:

Sayo manages to fight back hard, by sneaking up behind Asuna with her blink ability and takes out the remainder of Asuna's HP with one hit. Asuna falls over. She's out.

Last player of Obviously Evil Team: Akira Okouchi

Sayo wastes no time and continues with her blink ability to do some massive damage to Akira immediately:

Damage: Akira = 20 Sayo = 8
HP Akira = 30 Sayo = 13

Akira just has to hang in there and take out the low amount of HP Sayo has left:

Akira manages to move out of the way of one of Sayo's attacks and counters to take out her last 2 HP. Sayo is out. Akira sure took a beating that round, as she only has 20 HP left. Last team member for Domini Rei Inuntilis is Ako Izumi. Can Akira hold out long enough and beat Ako?

Ako comes in with a full power attack with her soccer ball, though Akira recovers quickly and counters:

Ako pops the ball high into the air, which leaves her open for a dash attack from Akira. Ako seems to be running away as she gets up. Ako jumps up and flips for an aerial field goal kick launched right at Akira and connects, sending Akira reeling. Akira is out.
