The Kind Perverted Guardian Group: Members Posts: 1,818 Member No.: 8,335 Joined: 12-April 08	Art by Akatsuki Akira Story by Nishio Ishin Genre: Comedy, school-life, ecchi, shounen Summary: Kurokami Medaka, a first year, is elected as Student Council President, and the first thing she does is establish a suggestion box. Since she was just elected as Student Council President, she's holding all the Student Council's responsibilities, and wearing their armbands. So, she asks for her childhood friend, Hitoyoshi Zenkichi, for help. First thing. Medaka and Zenkichi strongly remind me of Kyon and Haruhi from Haruhi no yuutsu. Medaka has no limits(seriously). She does not hesitate to change clothes in front of Zenkitchi. She commands Zenkitchi exactly how Haruhi would to Kyon. Also HER SCHOOL UNIFORM IS ADJUSTED TO SHOW HER CLEAVAGE!!!!! Art is nicely done but not great. The series started recently with a oneshot, the mangaka duo decided to coninue the series. So far the oneshot chapter and the first 3 official chapters have been translated. A series recommended by SG.

I wanna go to that school... where uniforms allow the exposure of female cleavages.... Art style is definitely high up in the sky(sorta reminded me for a moment of Change123), and.. The art is definitely good, Medaka is simply smoking hot. But on the other hand, I don't buy exhibitionist and moe side of her personality. Her usual self and her cute side clash with each other so much (at least in my head), that I almost treat them as separate characters. And the reason why she takes her clothes off in the SC room is so poorly explained I can't call it anything other than blatant fanservice. ...Yeah, I feel like a total fag for complaining about seeing Medaka half-naked. Overall, the story and characterization have weak points, but the art barely balances them out. The scene I liked most was from the one-shot, where Medaka explained why Zenkichi does all those things for her. Goddamn that was a total power move on her part. Definitely going to continue reading this series, but not for the Haruhi-like aspect of it (I actually don't like her personality that much, good thing Medaka's far from a Haruhi clone).
