JUDGE: Court session is open. Ms. Jody Wimmer, do you have anything to say?

JODY WIMMER: I'm sorry for those harmed. I thought I was doing the right thing at that moment to support my husband. I guess I went too far.

JUDGE: The charges extend to multiple counts of murder, attempted murder, and rape. The severity of your behavior is high giving me no choice but to sentence you to life in prison with no chance of paroll. Court ajourned!

Kelley Earnhardt walks up to Delana Harvick

KEL: Hey!

D: Hi.

KEL: How are you?

D: I'm doing okay. Its hard, but I'm hanging in there.

KEL: Yeah, I know. Its not easy at all. But if you need someone, I'm here for you.

Emily Maynard walks up to Todd Barrier

EM: How's she been today?

TODD: She's holding up strongly, but I know she's cracking on the inside. I could tell when I spoke to her yesterday.

EM: I remember those shoes too well. She came to me the other day, but life was hell with the wedding.

TODD: I think you're what she needs for support. You know the drill so you could possibly push her through.

EM: Yeah, you're probably right. That's why I now feel bad.

TODD: Don't - we all have our moments. Even Delana herself knows that.

They head over to a corner

TONY: Dale, I trust your judgement because you know like me the feeling. She was to marry Jeff while I married Emily, though we both know Em has your heart and she loevs you way more. So she broke it off with me and now Kristina broke it of with Jeff and wants to marry me.

DALE: And you're not sure on the truth, right? Tony, its in your heart to know that. That's how I know coming back now after the love circus that Emily truly loves me.

TONY: Okay, but what about pit lizzard?

DALE: Pit lizzard is drowned by heart.

TONY: How do you explain, Kortnie? I thought she had your heart.

DALE: Not as dee-

TONY: Really? How'd you know?

DALE: This one with Emily hit a sweet spot that I never did with Kortnie.

TONY: So how do you know that spot?

Kristina starts crying and Emily pulls her close

EMILY: He's probably confused over if the love is really true or not due to everything.

Emily hands her a kleenex

EMILY: If he truly loves you, he'll know the truth in who you truly are deep down. But if not, he doesn't deserve you. You deserve a man who loves you for who you are. I only went back to Dale 'cause I know he truly loves me and I love him/

KRISTINA: Okay. Thanks Emily.

Kristina stands up

KRISTINA: Well, I better go; its getting late and I'm sure you want your time. I'll talk to you later.

Emily hugs her

EMILY: Anytime you need someone.

Kristina leaves and her cell rings

KRISTINA: Hello?

JEFF GORDON (cell): Hello Krist-

KRISTINA: I told you - its over. I know who I truly want.

JEFF: I know. Can we talk?

KRISTINA: No, I got things to do.

JEFF: What if I buy breakfast tomorrow?

KRISTINA: No Jeff - I told you the truth.

Kristina hangs up

JEFF: FUCK!

KELLEY EARNHARDT: What?

Jeff spins around

JEFF: Geez, please don't do that again.

KELLEY: You told me to come over, right?

JEFF: Yeah, I did. I wanted to appologize about Reed. I never should've put you through that. Had I known that to be his plan, I wouldn't had done it. I'm not out to piss you off, Kel.

KELLEY: I know and I forgive you. I never thought it to be your fault anyway. I know you've had your heart broken times again so you know the pain.

Kelley pulls Jeff into a hug and he lays his head on her shoulder. He then lightly kisses her neck and she lays her head back

KELLEY: What seems so wrong feels so right with you.

He then moves his kisses to her lips

JEFF: Maybe we were meant to come together.

He then pulls his shirt off as they go over to the couch

KELLEY: I love you, Jeff.

She then runs her hands down his back as he pushes her on the couch, her laying back

JUDGE JUDY: Next up is Mr. Chad Knaus.

Chad Knaus steps up to the stand

OFFICER: Do you swear to tell the truth?

CHAD: I do.

JUDY: You may begin.

Cory goes up to Chad

CORY: Mr. Chad Knaus, what did Jimmie tell you?

CHAD: He told me it was a set-up during one visit.

CORY: How'd he explain it?

CHAD: He told me that someone was setting him up. He never knew whom, but htere was discussion through the process. He told me that the previous events were forced to his hand to do. He had to do them or else he'd be dead, along with multiple curtain others.

CORY: When hearing this, what'd you do?

CHAD: I wanted to tell the court, a lawyer or someone, but he wouldn't let me.

CORY: ANd why not?

CHAD: He and Dale had discussed before the hidden murder and there wasn't evidence nor truth to the person. Once behind for the murder, he didn't push it due to fear of unbelieving and further quicker actions.
