JUDGE: You may begin Mitch.
MITCH: Shannon Wiseman, how long were you with the defendent?
SHANNON WISEMAN: We were together for two weeks in 2000 and about three in 2003.
MITCH: What happened during this time?
SHANNON: We hung out and had sex.
MITCH: During your times of having sex, did Dale hurt you?
SHANNON: Yes.
MITCH: When?
SHANNON: Both times we were together.
DALE EARNHARDT JR (whisper): I'm still friends with her.
CORY (whisper): How good?
DALE: Pretty good. Plus, she called me a couple days before Martin's trial wondering how I was.
CORY: Ok, thanks.
MITCH: Your witness.
Mitch sits as Cory stands
CORY: Are you friends with Dale?
SHANNON: No.
CORY: What about your close discussions?
MITCH: Objection!
CORY: Establishing relationship.
JUDGE: Overuled. Answer the question, Shannon.
SHANNON: Media related. I do work for the NASCAR media.
CORY: What about your call to Dale a couple days ago?
SHANNON: I was wondering how it was affecting him so I could tell Ryan for his article but I got no call returned.
CORY: Do you play as a friend to him to get info?
SHANNON: I do whatever I have to do.
CORY: Isn't that backstabbing?
SHANNON: Read the National Enquirer.
CORY: No more questions.
Cory sits down and leans closer to Dale.
CORY (whisper): Did Ryan write an article?
DALE (whisper): Yeah but he personally called me.
CORY (whisper): Ok.
JUDGE: Dale, you understand that you need to be present on the court dates, correct?
DALE: I understand but I need to go to California.
JUDGE: Then you should find a way. Court ajourned!
The judge then leaves.
CORY: What are you goin' to do?
DALE: Get some friendly help for practice and qualifying. Then make sure the chopper is in order.
CORY: Ok. I'll see if I can get it moved to California or at least closer. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Jimmy Elledge sat on the plane, trying to get comfy. He knew he had a busy weekend ahead of him and wanted some sleep. But for some reason, he couldn't sleep. He kept thinking of Kelley so he opened up his notebook & began to write.
JIMMY: What have I done? This wasn't supposed to happen. Why? Why me? Kelley is my princess and I love her soo much. I want to be with her for the rest of my life and not with someone else. She means so much to me as with my two little darlings and all the memories that we've together as a family. I don't want to lose that. What am I going to do now? I need to come up with something good; something that will make Kelley realize what she means to me and show how much I love her. I shouldn't have done that in the first place. People make mistakes and are not perfect. We try to be good and not make mistakes but there is no such thing as a perfect person. I wish that we would get back together.
Jimmy then closed the book, and then closed his eyes falling asleep. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ JUDGE: Has the jury reached a verdict?
HEAD JUROR (HJ): We have.
JUDGE: May the defendents rise.
Kyle Busch, Tiffany Ross, and Mitch rise
JUDGE: On the charge of assault, how do you find Kyle Busch?
HJ: Not guilty.
JUDGE: On the charge of rape, how do you find Kyle Busch?
HJ: Not guilty.
JUDGE: On the charge of assault, how do you find Tiffany Ross?
HJ: Not guilty.
JUDGE: On the charge of rape, how do you find Tiffany Ross?
HJ: Not guilty.
Cory stands
CORY: Appeal please.
JUDGE: Accepted.
CORY: Till the appeal is heard, I request both Tiffany & Kyle stay in protective custody.
MITCH: On what bounds?
CORY: My clients' safety.
JUDGE: Welcome to restraining orders councelor. Court adjourned!
The judge leaves
