napansin ko lang, wala yung NPC na pagkukuhanan ng close confine. perhaps it was moved/removed?

ni try mo b yung sa RMS? ayaw ata gumana nun eh.. hmm, try ko i suggest n lahat nyung mga platinum skill ilagay n lang sa isang npc para indi n mahirap.. dami p kac mga nkalumutan c zech eh..
