He felt that same calming feeling take over as soon as he felt Bella's head against his chest again. The effect she had on him was incredible, it was the same ability that Jasper had over everyone, only Bella's effect on him was far stronger, she could calm him down in mere seconds. He kept looking down at her and could see that she was thinking about it. Of course, he knew Bella was smart enough to know the reasoning behind his question was that he was trying to prove his case to her. And sure enough, once she replied, he knew she had figured out why he had asked. "Shhh..." He hushed her gently. "You will always be my Bella, always. Not recognizing you is not something that would ever happen." He promised her as he shook his head. He knew she always tried to put up a brave front but deep down she was probably scared, that was just another reason he didn't want her to do this. "There is too much uncertainty involved Bella, please, what's so bad about the life you have now? As a human?" He questioned her because she was already a part of his family as is and soon she would be his wife. "If it's the age thing then you're being absurd, you know my love for you will never cease. Besides, I will always technically be older than you." He reminded her because he loved her now and he would keep loving her no matter how old she grew. "You're going to miss Charlie, and Renee, and Phil....I know you are." He reminded her because he knew she loved them all very much and he couldn't bear the thought of keeping her away from them once she turned. Why would he let her so easily give up this life she had with all the people she loved? "You already know why I don't want this for you. I want you to at least try out a year of college, see what it feels like Bella, be reasonable." He insisted.

Bella grew quiet, looking rather defeated with the argument. She knew that Edward was right. Why was she so in a hurry? Well she feels like she'd already lived her life. She grew up and graduated. There isn't anything else to do for her besides more school. Which she wasn't planning on doing. Alaska was just a front for what she wanted to do. More like wanted to become. The more Edward gave her talks like these, he'll have his way in due time.

I guess...

She mumbled, covering her face in his chest. She hugged him closer to her, not wanting to let him see that he has won the battle but not the war. Bella began to think of all the people that she'll be leaving behind. Charlie, Renee, her friends...it made her sad. Even though she will not be able to be with them and that she'll be different, Bella will not back down with what she wants to be. Edward can keep fighting this fight but Bella will never give up. Sooner or later he will give up and let her do what she wants to do.

He kept looking down at her and he was taking her silence as a good sign though you never know, Bella was a really smart girl, he was sure she wasn't going to give up yet. They were both extremely stubborn but Edward wasn't going to give in, not this time, not even if she pleaded. There was just too much at stake and it was too big of a risk he would be taking with her safety, and that was the last thing he wanted, to jeopardize her well-being. If anything, he wanted her to at least wait 2 or so years, there was no rush.

"You know, I really love it when we manage to agree on something." He said as he flashed her that same brilliant smile again. He was teasing of course, though it was true, they always argued about most of their decisions because she was always more stubborn than he had anticipated It was no worry though, those decisions were far more minor than this one, this was his biggest concern and it had been for some time now.

He hugged her tighter and held her closer to him, running his hand gently through her hair and watching as a few strands slipped through his fingers. "You're too desirable for your own good you know, it's so hard fighting with you." He said with a chuckle, trying to lift her spirits. He knew she didn't like that he was completely against her on this issue, and she probably knew that ultimately he would win because there was no way he was backing down on this, but still, he didn't want her to be upset about it. "I will never let anything hurt you, ever, Bella." He promised her as he placed a gentle kiss on the top of her head.

She managed to pick her head up away from his chest. A slight smile on her face as she looked into Edward's eyes. Her silence didn't mean that she had agreed with Edward. Not quiet. But it was best to just put it aside for now. They didn't need to argue about that right now. They would usually argue due to the fact of their stubborness but they did manage to agree on some things.

Bella made a face as she heared Edward said that she was desirable. Now that was a lie to her. She wasn't anywhere near desirable.

That's a lie. I am not desirable.

Bella either had really low confidence for herself or she just doesn't think that she is at all. She was just a normal, clumsy, not quiet a genius kind of girl. Bella began to define herself in her own mind and knew that she wasn't good enough to have Edward. He was just God like and a normal girl won't do at all. But once Bella becomes a vampire she'll be worthy enough to stand right by Edwards side. Looking exremtly beautiful with flawless marbel skin and great abilities.

She closed her eyes as Edward kissed the top of head and promised that he'll never let anything hurt her. Bella knew that he won't at all. No matter how much he'd promised and done so, she knew that he'll never let anything happen to her. This made her feel more at ease and relaxed in his arms. She opened her eyes and looked up at him again. She had a content smile on her face.

I know you'll keep me safe. And I would do the same for you.

He smiled when she smiled, he knew the argument wasn't over but at least it was over for now. This wasn't something he wanted to talk about, his mind was set and he wasn't going to budge...not yet at least. He'd find some way to delay it, of that he was sure.

He chuckled softly at her complete disbelief of what he had said. "I don't suppose you remember how much competition I've got for you?" He asked shaking his head because he knew there wasn't a single male friend of hers that didn't find her utterly desirable. He had already come to learn about her lack of self-awareness though, he couldn't for the life of him imagine why she didn't think she was desirable but he knew she was completely wrong. She was so desirable it was crazy. It was he who felt inadequate in front of her, he felt like he was the one that didn't deserve her sometimes, the way she was so loving, so accepting, so tolerant and ready to put herself completely in danger for him. Not to mention so ready to give up her life and her family for him and the new family that she was coming into.

"I hope it's growing on you, I couldn't be more pleased." He said with a grin laced with the slightest hint of playfulness as he grazed the pads of his fingers across the ring that was sitting on her delicate finger. It did look incredible on her, it had looked amazing on her from the first time he had seen her put it on. "Tell me then, what do you want to do the moment we're married?" He asked looking down at her. He knew they hadn't really talked about any of this. I mean he definitely remembered his end of the deal, how could he not, he wanted her just as bad - if not more - as she wanted him. But he knew that wasn't going to be the first thing they did the minute they got married. "Shall I surprise you with the honeymoon or would you like to help me pick a place we can visit?" He teased, knowing fully well that she didn't like surprises, nor did she like all the expenses.

Bella shock her head and rolled her eyes. She always thought that Edward was being silly with the whole desirable thing. Self aware or not, Bella never have thought of herself desirable. She wasn't like Rosalie. Bella's beauty's nothing compared to hers. Rosalie was like a Goddess compared to her. This was probably Edward's way of trying to make her feel better or flatter her. Well it isn't really working. She's just glad he thought that she is desirable and no one else.

You never had any competition, Edward. You know it's you and always you.

Sure she use to date Mike Newton, then there were other's that wanted her, and then there was Jacob. Bella grew silent, her face deep in thought as she began to think about him. The last thing she heard about him is that he had ran away from the pack. Bella just hoped that he was alright. But of course he is since she knew Jacob real well. Just knowing the fact that he's gone bothered her.

Bella's thoughts has been cut off as Edward mentions about the ring on her finger. She blinked abit, processing on what he had said then looked at the ring. She slightly smiled at the ring and then looked up at him.

If it pleases you then it does.

Bella knew that she was silent for just a bit and hoped that he didn't notcie that. Of course he noticed it. He's Edward. Bella just doesn't want to talk about Jacob. It's enough she's having a hard time getting him out of her mind.

Her cheeks turned rosey as Bella thought of what she wanted to do after they were wed. The end of his deal of course. But it was rather difficult for her to say it. Bella wasn't the seductive type so it was use less for her to even try to act it out.

Your end of the deal of course. Unless you're going back from it because if you are then I might as well go back on mine.

Bella simply said in response to his question. She then made a face as Edward mentioned about honeymoon.

Why can't we just stay in the mansion after the wedding and have us locked up in your room and never come out?

It was really what she ever thought of after the wedding. Well besides wanting to be turned into a vampire. But that subject has been disregarded for now.

He looked at her and raised an eyebrow questioningly before he brought it down again. Alot of names had gone through his head at that moment but only one had stuck out....Jacob Black. He didn't know what was going on in her head but he knew for sure she was probably worried about him. Again the urge to protect her from her own worry was consuming him, but he didn't know how he could comfort her about Jacob running away.

"You sure know how to brighten my day." He teased her with a chuckle though he meant it. He loved hearing words like those from her mouth and he believed every single one of them, even though he knew he would've had to fight off alot of guys if it had to come to that He kept her in close to him, wrapping his arms a little more tightly around her, taking in the sweet scent of her hair.

He couldn't help but chuckle at what she said, of course he knew he could expect a witty remark like that from her, just another one of her very lovable traits. "Ahh, I see we danced around the question huh?" He teased her lightly before he leaned in and started trailing soft kisses along her jaw, all the way down her neck.

He saw the blood rushing up to her cheeks and he grinned, he enjoyed seeing all that colour on her cheeks. He chuckled when she got all defensive, "What makes you think I would go back on my end of the deal huh?" He asked, trying to hide a smile. "I promised you we would try after we got married, and we will." He reassured her with a nod, more seriously this time. He didn't want her to think he was going to back out of it because he wasn't, it was hard enough as it is with the way she had pleaded the last time they had talked about. He wasn't so sure his self-control could be tested like that again. "Kidding love, we can do whatever your heart desires." He said with a reassuring smile because if thats what she wanted, he would be more than willing to give her just that.

It didnt' take a second for Edward to realize that Jacob was in Bella's mind. She really appreciate it that he didn't mention anything about him. It's just up to Bella on how she'll stop thinking about him. It'll take a long while for her to do this but she will eventually. It's Edward whom Bella can't leave without. Bellas can handle being away from Jacob. She wouldn't die without him.

Bella made herself more comfortable as Edward moved her closer to him, being somewhat predatory. No matter how it is, Bella loved it. No space between them but her human flesh on his icey marble sparkling skin. She closed her eyes as he smelled her hair and then began to trail soft ice cold kisses on her jaw line, down to her neck. She bit her lower lip enjoying it as much as he is.

A great sensational feeling was taking over her untill Edward started to talk once again. Pretty much ruining the moment as usual. She suddenly opened her eyes and looked at him with an unsatisfied look on her face.

Well that's what I want to do. I want you Edward. I really do.

She stared into his golden vampire eyes, dazzling her like she's in a trans. Bella was determined to get what she wants and she will. Not like Alice's determination to get what she wants but Bella was willing to do whatever it takes to just do it with Edward. She's been a good girl and waited right? Sure she tried to force him but was turned down so many times that it hurt her feelings. But soon she will have Edward her way. Served in a soft mattress with his sparkly marble skin shining in the moon light as he lay in bed waiting for her. Jesus, her imagination is awesome.

He gazed deeply into her eyes for about a minute or two after she said what she did. He was just trying to find his control again, to keep himself grounded and remember how dangerous it was and not let the urge just take over him. Whenever she said things like that it sent him into a fit of spontaneity but each time he had to calm it down and push it out of his head. There was way too much at stake, even after they were married he knew it would still be dangerous but at least it wouldn't make him feel awful for committing yet another sin. They would be married.

He placed his hand on the side of her cheek and finally spoke up, breaking the long silence. "We will, I promise you." He reassured her with a nod. If only she had ANY idea how badly he wanted her. "You know I want you too, you know that." He said still staring into her eyes deeply. He knew the last time they had this conversation she had gotten really upset because for some unknown reason she actually thought he was saying no because he didn't want her. That was the most ridiculous notion in his opinion, if there was anything he wanted most in this world, it was to have her. He smiled reassuringly at her before he slipped his arms from around her and got up from the bed. He picked her up in his arms swiftly and laid her down in the middle of the bed before he got in under the covers with her. "Now sleep my love, don't worry." He said with a reassuring smile because he didn't want her to worry that he would ever back out of his deal, he would never do that.

Having to control the urge to just pounce on top of him and tear his shirt off like a vicious gizzly bear upon its prey was very hard to control for Bella. He was so tempting and lust always filled her. A sin that no human can seem to control. Unless you're some pure person who is immune to lust and all sorts of sins. Bella nodded her head, letting Edward know that she understood. If she had it her way right now, Bella would definately head to Vegas and grab a room in some cheap motel place and finally have Edward. But of course she never have things her way at all. IF she did Jacob would still be here. But let's just move away from that subject.

Bella let out a silent gasp as Edward picked her up and laid her on the bed. At first she thought that Edward didn't want to control himself no longer and take atvantage of her now, like he did in the meadow but she was wrong. Edward was now trying to get her to sleep, joining her in the bed again. She somewhat frowned her expectation taken to high at that moment. Bella shook her head slowly, looking at him.

No, I don't feel tired.

She said protesting from the notion of sleep but let out a small yawn. She covered her mouth hoping that Edward didn't see it.

He had felt Bella's body tense up slightly when he had lifted her up and now he regretted doing that. He was sure right after the conversation they had been having, she would probably get the wrong idea and get her hopes up. Which you know, he'd love nothing more than to give in to those hopes but there were currently alot of unforunate obstacles in the way. He felt the waves of guil washing over him when sure enough, he had seen the expression on her face when she realized he wasn't about to lose control and just give in. She had no idea how hard this was for him, especially when he had to see that dejection on her face. He decided not to say anything else on that topic because it would only remind them that they couldn't do anything about it yet, not a pleasant feeling.

He chuckled when she said she wasn't tired and then proceeded with a yawn, "My girlfriend knows how to make a statement." He teased her as he placed an arm around her waist and held her close. "I know you're tired love, get some rest, we have a long day ahead of us tomorrow." He reminded her cause Alice wanted to spend the day with them and of course Edward already knew why but he wasn't going to tell Bella, he didn't want to upset her. "I can help you fall asleep if you'd like." He offered as he started placing slow and gentle kisses along her neck again, taking in her intoxicating scent once more.

Bella's eyes grew heavy, her eyes lids closing slowly on her. But she tries her best to protest and wake up. She looked at him with her sleepy eyes then began to grin as he smuthered her with soft kisses.

Where are we going tomorrow?

She tried to say inbetween Edward's soft kisses. Bella didn't want him to ever stop. His marble lips felt so good on her. She felt pleased and content right now. Having Edward with her always made her feel good. He always made Bella feel so complete. Like she was whole. Edward is a drug to Bella. Everyday she needed him. Every mintue of every second of every damn day. Without her drug Bella won't be able to live one day. She was glad that he had returned to her. It'll take her a whole lifetime to even get over her addiction.

Bella yawned once again, can't seem to control herself now. She was getting defeated but not quiet so. Her eyes were still open. Well trying to. She wrapped her arms around Edward. Bella didn't want him to leave her side. Which she knows he won't but she wished he can just stay in bed with her. Arms locked on one another, just laying down in bed, cuddled up and all that fun stuff.
