[Bella Swan]

Bella laid in her bed in a sitting position but leaning on her soft comfy pillows. Charlie was downstairs as usuale, watching a game but he's probably thinking about the fact that his little girl is gone and will be marrying a guy that he doesn't quiet approve for her. After dropping the bomb to Charlie about Edwards wedding proposal, Bella knew that her father would really have a hard time consuming this in. But he did inform her that if she does do something like this that she would let him know about it. And that she did. But it looked like he took it pretty hard.

So many thoughts had fluttered in her head. Mainly about marrying Edward and when will she be turned into one of them. Bella never cared what sort of things she needed for the wedding since Alice was on the top of things. All Bella wanted was to get the wedding done and over with so she can finally be with Edward forever annnnnnnnnnnnnnnd get her end of the deal. Everyone of the Cullens should know that Bella was never the one to enjoy parties.

Also Bella has been having a hard time trying to put a thought away to the back of her head. She shouldn't be thinking of him but it's really hard for her. He was gone and she didn't know where he went to. Bella always knew that Jacob would leave her and it wouldn't hurt her at all. It actually does but it wasn't like she was going to die. Unlike with Edward. Bella couldn't leave without Edward and with that she had made her decision on who to be with. All she just hope that Jacob is alright. She doesn't want something bad happening to him because of her.

She sighed looking up at the ceiling then at her clock. It was getting late and it's a surprise that Edward wasn't around here yet. He would usualy be around here at this time. Maybe he's caught up with something. Probably Alice was bugging him about some wedding stuff or something. Whatever it is she just hope that he'll get here quick. The time apart from each other kills her inside. There was only a couple of days more untill she gets all her things out of here and stay in the Cullen mansion then straight to "college". Wow, there was so many things that Bella has in her mind.

[Edward Cullen]

Edward was just closing the door to his Silver Volvo but he had done it so gently you would've barely noticed anyone was even there. It was late and as always, he was gonna climb through Bella's window to go see her. Granted they were getting married now and of course Charlie knew that, but he wasn't so sure how comfortable Charlie would feel seeing him come in through the front door to see his daughter so late. Either way, that was the least of his worries right now. The only thing plaguing his mind lately was the thought of Bella being turned...he sincerely hoped that she would change her mind, or at least let him delay it further so he could buy some time to come up with a better excuse. He wasn't ready for her to turn into one of them, he loved her the way she was, clumsy, beautiful, and human.

He snuck up through Bella's window swiftly and quietly, leaning against the window sill as he watched her look up at her clock. The room was entirely dark and the pale bright moon was casting a light shadow across his face as his eyes lingered on her face before they roamed down to her hand. There it was, sparkling brightly and looking more amazing on her finger than he had ever imagined. A slow smile crept up on his lips, he was still having some difficulty adjusting to the incredible feeling that took him over each time he remembered that he was going to be marrying Bella Swan soon. He didn't mind it though, he'd rather not get adjusted to the amazing feeling, he quite welcomed it. Deep down he felt slight pangs of guilt because he was very well aware of why she had agreed to this marriage in the first place. He was more than willing to wait for her and give her all the time in the world, and he wished she had accepted it when he said the deal was off. All he wanted was for her to be happy.

Sighing once again, Bella tried not to look at the clock. She feels like she was going to hyperventilate if Edward doesn't get here soon. But she tried to calm down. She knew that Edward would be here soon. Bella's eyes now laid upon the ring on her finger. It felt heavy but it was really beautiful. She couldn't help herself admire it even if she never liked wearing jewelries. Soon. Very soon the wedding will come. The sooner it does the sonner she can get away from everything. Bella still felt bad for leaving Charlie behind but he won't know what will come of his daughter. It was for the best.

Bella gave her ring a one last look and then turned her attention at the window. She made a low gasp seeing Edward there just staring at her. If he wasn't gorgeous and if she didn't love him, Bella would think that he was freaky and a stalker. Immediately getting off of her bed, Bella quickly walked over to her window and opened it for him to enter her room. There was a huge smile on her face as soon as she rushed to the window.

How long were you out there?

She asked Edward as she waited for him to enter. Bella couldn't wait to throw her arms around him. Have his body aganst her. The feeling of satisfaction with just one touch of him. The hunger in her eyes shown.

Edward's smile grew in curiosity as he watched Bella looking down at the ring now....this was just another one of those times where he really wished he could read her mind, read what she was thinking at this very moment. He tried to work with her facial expressions because they often revealed some of her inner thoughts to him...but right now, she held an expression of thoughtfulness, she must've been thinking hard about something.

His lips broke out into that same crooked grin she was so used to as he caught her face lighting up when she saw him outside the window. Of course he could just as easily have opened the window himself as always but he had liked watching her for the time being. He didn't want to make even the slighest noise or give her any indication that he was there and just observing her, but of course, he knew Bella well, if anything, she was exceptionally observant. He watched as she opened up the window and he stepped inside smoothly, not making a single sound as he closed the window behind him.

"Just a while. I couldn't resist." He said with that same crooked grin playing at his lips. In one quick movement he swooped her into a warm embrace - well warm from his perspective, probably cold from hers - and sat down on her bed.

There it was, the crooked grin that always left her weak in the knees. Bella knew that Edward was full aware on the effect that that grin leaves on her. It wasn't enough that her knees were weak, Edward gave her an embrace that made her want to melt in to his ice. He may feel icey cold but she didn't care. Not touching him in any way drove Bella crazy. She hid her face into his chest getting as much of him as possible, just before her lets go.

The embrace was cut off, which Bella thought was very short, as Edward got on her bed. She made a slight frown from the short embrace but let it go as soon as she got on her bed and sat right next to him.

How's the others? And Alice with the wedding plans?

Bella looked at him with some egerness look on her face. She just wanted to know how it was going. She hoped that it was done so soon she will be turned into a vampire. The thought still bothers her but that is what she really wanted. The wedding thing still bothers her. She can't resists to make a face when she hears the word.

Once Bella was sitting next to him, he pulled her into him again, keeping her head against his chest just as before because he had felt her body tense up when he had stopped hugging her too quickly. Once she was leaning into him again he draped an arm over her shoulder before taking one of her hands into his free hand. Her hand was warm and he could feel the blood rushing at his touch, that never ceased to amaze him.

"They're good, they miss not having you around all day though." He replied with a hint of amusement in his voice. He knew she found the trip to his house almost terrifying now that Alice had taken the liberty to make her up every time she was there. He has asked Alice to cut it out but as we all know, Alice was rather difficult to convince sometimes. "Working away relentlessly, as it to be expected." He said shaking his head. He still didn't know why Bella had ended up agreeing to let Alice handle everything, he knew it wasn't what she wanted. He had asked Alice to keep it small, just as Bella wished, and nothing over-the-top. "You sure about this?" He asked looking down at her. If she wasn't comfortable with it then he wasn't going to let it happen.

Bella closed her eyes as Edward took her into his arms once again. This time it lasted long. She smiled, a sweet smile, as she leaned on his chest. She felt his cold fingers on hers. Bella was so use to his icey touch that it doesn't bother her anymore. She began to play with his hands as he began to talk.

I miss them too.

She softly said as she tilted her head and watches his fingers playing along with hers. But Bella got soon distracted with Edward's tone of amusement. She lay her eyes on him and wondered what was so amusing. He continued on with Alice's report on things. She made a face as she thought of the last time she went over there. Alice bugged her with trying to see what make up would be nice on her. It really irritated Bella with the whole make up thing. She hated using make up and Alice kept forcing her way untill Bella gave up with a growl or irritation. Of course that growl never bothered Alice. As long as she got her way.

Yes. Of course I'm sure.

Bella sounded like she wasn't sure but she was. She had made up her mind on everything and this is what she had chosen. Her brow narrowed a bit, sort of annoyed with Edward always asking her on whether she was sure or unsure.

Why do you always have to ask? I've made up my mind Edward and there's no changing it.

It wasn't like the only reason why Bella wanted to get married with Edward was because of what she will be getting afterwards. You know the deal. But the fact that she'll finally have Edward for her own. Selfish as it may sound but she doesn't care. Bella wanted Edward all to herself and no one else.

He could hear the sound of her heart pounding against her chest now that she was leaning into him. He was always amazed and curious about the affect he had on her, he never knew he was capable of producing such physiological responses with just touch but it never ceased to please him. Little did she know, he felt that same sense of comfort and love, only it radiated through his eyes for her to see and not so much through his veins.

"I'm sorry about Alice, I'll ask her to stop so you can start dropping by again." He offered with a crooked grin. She always looked beautiful to him, it didn't matter what Alice did, but he was sure she wasn't comfortable with it in the slightest bit. He felt her playing with his fingers and he linked them with hers, holding her hand tightly before bringing it up to his lips and placing a kiss on the back. "Esme also wanted to ask what colour scheme you prefer for the cake?" He added in with a hint of a smile playing at his lips. It was all part of her human experience of course, none of the Cullens actually intended to eat it. He knew if Bella had her way she would rule out the cake altogether, but the Cullens did after all have to appear slightly human.

He looked down at her face when she said she was sure and examined it thoroughly for a few seconds. Again, there was that deep desire of reading her thoughts...but despite that, he was content with what he had heard. He chuckled slightly at the sound of slight irritation in her voice, "Because you have absolutely no idea how much I love you and require that you're completely comfortable with everything." He said honestly before he brought his hands up to cup her face gently. He knew deep down she was still worried about Jacob, and he wished there was some way he could erase all that worry, put her at ease.

Bella had eased up as Edward gave his crooked little devilish grin. She smiled a bit moving herself closer to him. She wrapped her arms around him and cuddled more into him. She raised a brow as he mentioned Esme and cakes.

You know I could care less about the cake.

She thought about it though but nothing came to mind. She shrugged and looked up at him. Just as soon as she looked up she felt his icey hands on her cheeks. Bella looked into his golden set of beautiful eyes. It was rather hard for her to not get into a trans whenever she looks into them.

I love you too Edward. And I'm fine. I promise. All I want is for you and I to be married and that's it. I want to be yours, always and forever.

Bella softly kissed Edwards ice cold lips then pulled away.

Once we're done with the wedding I can get my end of the deal and then become a vampire.

It was easy for her to say since she has no experience with the whole turning into a vampire thing. It's enough there were a couple of people trying to keep her from becoming a vampire. Take Rosalie for example. She had told Bella of her experience before becoming a vampire. But of course she didn't change Bella's mind on anything. Bella is realyl stubborn. Once she had decided on something there was no going back.

He could feel Bella melting in his arms now and he kissed the top of her head gently, this was nice being here without having to worry about anybody trying to hurt her. Not that he would ever truly be off his guard for even the slightest second, but it felt comforting to hold her in his arms and just enjoy the night with her. Well, day or night, none of it mattered to him, but he knew it did to her, she was human after all.....human.....The pleasant scent of her hair caught him as he inhaled deeply, feeling in complete control.

He flashed a brilliant smile at her reponse, "I shall let her know..." He promised, still grinning from ear-to-ear with a slight sparkle in his eyes. "Although I can't imagine why." his voice was saturated with innocent surprise. He loved that about her, the way she was so comfortable being herself and speaking her mind. Granted he didn't particularly appreciate her inability to accept gifts from Edward himself, but no matter, that would change soon once they were married. After all, once they were married, what was his would become hers as well and there was no way she could refuse that. He smiled at the thought, the first thing he'd have to replace would be that car...

"You always will be. And I will always be yours, always, for as long as you'll have me." He promised with a smile as he stared deeply into her eyes. He wasn't going to make the same foolish mistake of trying to leave her behind for her own safety. So call him selfish, he was more than willing to accept that than to accept the thought of never seeing her again. He moved his hand under her chin and pulled her face up, leaning down and kissing her back earnestly.

His face became hard and his expression bleak as she brought up the topic of her turning. He still wasn't ready to accept it, he wanted more time, desperately. "It's not as easy as you think it is Bella, you underestimate the danger, all the things you will be giving up." He said with a heavily disapproving voice.

With what Edward had said to Bella, always true to his words, Bella felt faint but in a good way. His beauty was just radiant and the words that he says just makes her melt. Edward was very intelligent and veyr wise for his own age. But of course he is since he has live for about 1,700yrs. The one thing that Bella really loved about him besides the fact that he'll pretty much do anything she wanted from him, is the fact that he was very patient. Sometimes she thinks that she never deserves Edward. He was too kinda and too sweet. All the things that she'd done to hurt him is something she'll have to live with.

Bella wrapped her arms around Edward's neck, his icey lips touching hers. It was like marbels but still soft to her. She was rather enjoying the moment. His hands on her, sharing an intimate kiss. Everything was just right untill Edward's kiss was different and before she knew it he had stopped kissing her. Her eyes slowly opened and stared at him.

But I'm ready Edward. I know I am. And I know that's what I want to be. I want to be a vampire.

She was nearly raising her voice but tired not to just so she won't wake Charlie if he was sleeping. Bella gave him a very determined look. That's what she was. Determined to become a vampire. To become into something that would change her forever. It scared her to death to be honest but she wasn't going to say that. Thank goodness for her own mind. A place where no one can bother her in.

Edward smiled down at her, feeling quite content. He didn't know how he had gotten so lucky that she had chosen him. She had so many admirers and he felt like they were just waiting for him to make a huge mistake so she could leave him and go running to one of them. Of course he would never let that happen, he never wanted his luck to run out with her. She kept him sane, he had a newfound reason to live, to enjoy his life a little, a newfound reason to resist the temptation that Jasper was still fighting with. "You sure you don't want to go to Vegas and get married at the chapel with a drive-through window?" He asked, his expression was entertained, he was having fun.

He took a deep steady breath when she repeated it again and said she wanted to be a vampire. He was trying very hard not to get upset with her but he couldn't help it, she was more important to him than anything else in this world so how could he be okay with her wanting that fate for herself? It was the last thing he wanted for her, he wouldn't be able to keep her safe, to protect her from the pain and vulnerability. It would be torture seeing her go through what him and the rest of his family had to endure. "You don't mean that, you don't know what you want Bella, you only think it's what you want." He said gritting his teeth, a look pain crossing his face. He had to calm himself down, he didn't want them to break out into an argument about this again but he was firm in his decision, he didn't want to let her become one of them. He wanted to...no, he needed to protect her soul, protect her from this life, protect her from missing out on all the human experiences that she was entitled to. "Look, all I'm asking is that you wait. Please, give it some time Bella, I want you to really think about this." He said with a sigh.

Bella gave a slight laugh when Edward mentioned about the Vegas wedding again. She totally agreed with that whole thing but she decided with what she had and it would make Alice happy. Bella knew that Alice would totally make a fit if the two ran away to Vegas and got married. Anything quick and confirm was fine with her. But fine didn't define Edward's sudden mood.

Bella had realize that what she had said bothered him. It was the same old song with the same old lyrics. She can't figure out why would Edward hate the fact that she wanted to become a vampire. Bella can't understand his side of the grass. And it seems Edward can't either. Bella now narrowed her brows and glared at him. It may have looked like he's done talking about it but for Bella, she isn't.

But I have thought about it Edward. And I've made my decision. I'm becoming a vampire and that's that.

She had moved away a bit from Edward and crossed her arms. Bella was now staring at the ground, glaring at it the floor. It was really dark now, just the hint of bright light was being provided from the moon. She didn't look at him. She didn't want to. He was probably angry with her and she knew it. Bella can never have the nerve to look up at Edward whenever she can tell that he was angry with her.

Edward looked at Bella with amused curiosity as she laughed. He knew that wasn't exactly a laugh of being entertained, it was probably a laugh that said she was pretty much being forced into this by Alice. She knew the final say was hers in all this, if ultimately she wanted to run off to Vegas for a simple wedding then he was all for it, he just wanted to seal the deal and confirm it, he wanted her to be all his. Still, he appreciated that she was letting Alice do this, he was sure Alice wouldn't let them live it down if she didn't get her way but that really didn't worry him.

He knew Bella didn't understand why he wasn't ready to let her become one of them. She was a human, he wanted it to stay that way. No matter what came there way he would always, always protect her, she didn't need to worry about anything and be pressured into becoming one of them simply so she wouldn't be so vulnerable. She didn't understand that he wasn't ready to let her give up her soul and her human life so easily....her friends, her family.

He looked at her and shook his head, his gaze seething with dissaproval, "I'm just humoring you with this, you're staying human." He said firmly because he wasn't going to let this happen. It didn't matter much if most of his family had agreed that Bella become a vampire, that didn't matter to him. "No", he growled, his jaw was strained tight with the last few words she had spoken.

His expression softened as she moved away from him and crossed her arms over her chest. "You silly, beautiful, oversensitive girl." He said shaking his head as he pulled her closer again. "If you don't mind, I'd much rather you didn't hide your face. I've lived without it for as long as I can stand." He said with a smile as he lifted her chin up again. "Tell me something, if you could do anything in this world to protect me, to keep me safe, would you do it?" He asked in a calm voice. He just wanted her to see that he was doing this for her own good.

Bella pressed her lips together looking rather furious but not so. She just hate it that she's not getting her way. The two can't seem to understand each others reason. That's what you get with two stubborn people. But her furious look wiped away immediately as soon as Edward pulled her towards him. She was now back on her previous position, wrapped around his arms and looking up at him with his hand on her chin. Bella gave a small smile and simply hating herself in the inside because she can't seem to control herself. She always tried to resists Edward. But it was rather difficult when he looks like a Greek God.

She began to ponder on what Edward had asked him. Of course Bella would do just about anything to protect him. She even had to force Edward to chose between her or his family. That was still something Bella was trying to live with. She should have never done that but the thought of Edward never coming back to her terrified her. But it wasn't fair at the fact that he was doing this to her. She felt really bad right about now and it wasn't hard for her to hide it.

Of course I would. But why, Edward? Why are you keeping me from becoming one? Will I become some monster that I, not even you, would recognize me?

Bella really wanted to know what was his reason or reasons. She didn't know how would it be but Edward knew. If he wasn't going to give her his reasons then he has no reason to protest what she has come to decide on doing.
