The finale was seriously AMAZING. Loved it!

I was a little sad with the shipping though. Kataang was semi-expected, but Mei and Zuko? Come on! (sorry all Kataang and Mei + Zuko (Zumei?!) fans. no offense!)


They HAVE to make a season four. We should start a petition.

Also, I have a question. What was with the whole part where Zuzu went to his dad's cell and was all "Where is my mom?!"

They didn't even solve that! So there has to be more, right? *is a little desperate*

-waves- Goodbye Len! Yes, the Season Finale was made of awesome. I was on the brink of crying. BSG, I was just sorta wondering....are you going to close down the site since Avatar is over? I really hope not, becuase we still have RPing and stuff. And there are a lot of great memories on this site. Like the pastry fight in Aang's forum? And the hunt for Zuko's poneytail! -rambles on about all the great memories we have on BSG-

honestly, i did love it despite all the open-ended things.
i suppose that some things were left that way so that the rest could be up to our imagination,
but the one thing that i really wish they would've answered was about the next cycle.

i just don't see how it's going to work. in the end there are still no more airbenders,
and how's the next avatar supposed to learn airbending. that's really the only thing i didn't like about it.

i loved the music during the battles. it was so... deep & emotional.

& i actually teared up during the uncle & zuko reunion,
as well as the end credits 'cause that's when it hit me, that it was really over.

Oh, & one other thing, i could not understand half the stuff that lionturtle said! ughh, that annoyed me. :<

The finale was AWESOME...except the part when Toph, Sokka, and Suki were belittling Ozai when they won. That was pretty annoying and low.

But where's Ursa? :(

Great fighting, though! And the music was awesome, but a bit different than from the rest of the series. Aang is darn powerful. ;P

I can't believe Zuko got so powerful and Azula went mad. Mai and Ty Lee's betrayal sure did its toll on her.

I liked the lion turtle. :)

Azula going mad made me laugh when she was all chained up,
and was just so desperately trying to escape.

but, i absolutely loved her evil laugh :> it was so perfect.
but then i started to feel sorry for her. poor thing.

i think the best parts of the finale was the Energy bending and the fights between Aang and Ozai and Zuko and Azula.

I eventually will be converting much of the forum to archives but not right away since I know many of you still want to talk and role play. I'm still planning on keeping a part of the forum open for the regular members of the site too. But for now, just enjoy the site and have fun, and when I can get my all my characters back off summer vacations we will definitely need to through a BIG party!

Were there parts in the episode where the sound was cut off, or was it just me?

actually that happened to me, and i thought it was my TV,
i almost went crazy. but right before i started a fit, the audio came back.

this happened to me when bumi was recalling back to when he freed omashu from the FN. it was for a couple seconds only.
& then i watched the finale on nicktoons network, & the same thing happened. :sokka1:

Yah, the sound went out on my TV for a few seconds, too! I was freaking out, and I hit the side of my TV. A few seconds later, the sound came back on! But it looks like I'm not the only one who suffered from Television Sound Loss. -sighs in relief-

Anyway, the Season Finale was SO awesome!! I can't believe Avatar's over already, though....I hope they will make a spin-off or Season 4 or something! I can't believe they left so many things...."unknown"! What DID happen to Zuko's mother?? And what happened to Azula?? So many things left unanswered, yet such a good episode...er, such good episodes. '^^

Seems like almost everyone had the same reaction when the sound cut out. I very nearly panicked. :lol:

I had really wondered what was going to happen to Azula. The was it turned out, even though I found it really sad and kind of scary, I think was fitting.

I was a little disappointed in the parts with Toph in this episode. Aside from her epic-ly awesome metalbending, that is. It's probably just me being weird, though. But even though stuff like the Melon Lord and her wanting that life-altering field trip were funny, a lot of it seemed kind of...shallow...something...I don't know what word I'm looking for.

There has to be something more, because although almost everyone got their Happy Ending, several people didn't. Toph, Ty Lee, Azula, Ursa. Yes, even Azula. :lol:?

The seasone finale was wicked!
I was going seriously crazy when Aang went into the Avatar State. I was like "OMFG!!!! NO FRIGGIN' WAY! OZAI YOU IS GOIN' DOWN TO THE GROUND!!!! GO AANG! GO AANG! etc.etc~"

Although, I always hate the endings of shows.
When Avatar ended I was so sad--"It's over...??" I said. "But, it can't be over...what about Ursa? And what happens later?"
I really didn't want it to be over with. But all things must come to an (eventual) end.

But, wasn't it so awesome when Katara chained Azula down?! I loved that part! And the whole fight between Aang and Ozai, that too *nod,nod*

Well I know I am a little late but I just finished the series. I am so impressed, from the moment I laid eyes on this show I just could'nt believe how excellent it was. A lot of anime turns me off and I was hesitant when a friend mentioned that I would like it, but he was spot on. Thanks Sean. It is appealing on so many levels, it isn't just for the kiddies. The character and plot developement is superb, and not just for a childrens program. Now I'm just sad that it's over, I'm sure many long for more. I'm so impressed it's flabbergasting. I want to run up to strangers and tell them to watch it. Thanks Nickalodeon for such an amazing experience.

no not zumie, maiko. and yea, mai and zuko was soo unexpected. i knew it wouldnt happen, but i liked tokko. because toph grabbed his arm, and they talked alot. and yes it was soooooo epic! i thought that zuko was gonna die, or katara. and the lion turtle was awesome!!! and lol loser lord!
