Apparently this wasn't shown on the actual awards ceremony on the 29th... but Avatar won the Kids Choice Awards category of Best Cartoon this year!
Applaud, guys, cause we've beat out SpongeBob Squarepants, Ed, Edd n' Eddy, and The Simpsons, and just in time for our season to be almost over. But um, don't be bashing other shows on forums. I can't believe we did it!
My mom, Alexz, Margi (we were on the phone...), and I were watching and it showed it at the bottem of the screen. I was like, "Did that just say Avatar was favorite cartoon???" and Margi's TV was about 1 or 2 seconds slower then mine so she said, "Yessss!" and we had a mini freak-out moment.
