Is a template really a necessary rule? Sometimes price will not always be definite.

What about differing currencies? Are the prices just listed in US dollars as default? Make sure to mention what currency you are using in the template.

Ive altered the template to take into account your suggestions.

Ive also altered the rules so the template is just a guide.
