i neglected to post these earlier as i thought everyone would no what was acceptable and unacceptable in the cbox. but just to clear things up i'm adding this list.

do not spam the cbox. spamming is posting more than 3 times in a row. please be aware that posting 10 times in the cbox in under a minute will cause an automatic ban from the cbox for 24 hours.
do not advertise in the cbox, we have an advertisement forum for that.
don't be horrible to other members in the cbox in any way.
there will be no OOC drama in the cbox. have all the fun you want IC but if you have a rant, there is a rant form for that.
