Kain Ackland is falling in love with Adrianne Devereaux, simple as that. But Adrianne doesn’t seem to care, as she’s busy pursuing Warner. But that doesn’t deter Kain. He’s hopelessly falling for her, just like Carissa Jakobs is falling for him. She seems to have a growing distaste for Adrianne, as well, but she isn’t as focused on that as she is on poor Kain. Carissa, however, has her own admirer: none other than Roy Sullivan. Roy is much more subtle in his way of pursuing Carissa, however, leading Carissa to actually care about Roy, and end up being a little torn over the two.
Will these affections play out? Or will it all be in vain?
