The Streets of Alexandria
The condition of the streets in Alexandria largely depends on where one is in the city. Some areas (near the Chateau Clique and the Alexandrian Temple of All-Gods, for example) are kept clean and relatively free of the noise of hovers. Other areas are...not as fortunate.

Mayhem
Mayhem is the most popular nightclub in Alexandria, and caters to a wide variety of species, human and non-human, even Nichtvren, who have their own establishment. Contrary to its name, however, violence and mayhem are not tolerated on the premises. Its patrons also observe a sort of temporary truce while they're under Mayhem's roof. If you enter, prepare to put your personal matters aside.

The Chalice
The Chalice is a Nichtvren-only nightclub. Its doors are constanly guarded by men who seem more gorilla than human.

It is also the home base of Alexandria's Prime Power--the Master Nichtvren Adrian Byrne and his Consort, Salome.

VentureCorp Office Building
Venture is the largest corporate body in Alexandria. It is an imposing structure, made of the highest quality materials and warded on all sides by strange, twisting runes. Its office building towers high above the hovertraffic grids, and it seems to exude a sense of forboding, as if it were trying to scare away any curious onlookers.

Unknown to most of the citizens, VentureCorp is also a hotbed of Mob activity, heavily engaged in arms dealing and Chill trafficking. The site has attracted some members of the Hellesvront, due to the influence that Venture holds over the local government.

The Alexandrian Temple of All-Gods
The Alexandrian Temple of All-Gods caters to the religious needs of Alexandrians. It includes small niche-shrines to almost every deity honoured in the city. There are plenty of empty niches, so everyone is pretty much assured that their god or goddess will have their own space.

The Temple is open to everyone, provided that they honour the sanctity of the site and respect those who have come to commune with their deities.

Golden Lily Park
Golden Lily Park (often abbreviated GLP) is one of the largest natural spaces in Borean Merica. It is a popular destination for couples, who are able to stroll for hours among the genespliced golden lilies that were created specifically for use in the park. The park is also frequented by skinlin, despite it's reputation of having a "girly" name.

Sections of the the park are closed to visitors, being set aside for the use of the 'cain populations. For the most part, conflicts between the 'cain population and park visitors are rare, and are quickly settled by the skinlin gardeners--who maintain the park as well as police it.

St. Camillus' Hospital and Veterinary Clinic
St. Camillus welcomes all who are sick and suffering in Alexandria into their facilities. The hospital employs both psions and normal humans as doctors, who do their best to cure the city's ills.

The hospital has a strict policy ensuring that no one who is in need of treatment is turned away.

Near the back of the hospital is where one can find Pleasant Hill's Psionic Psychiatric Department--also known as The Asylum.

Cherry Blossom Mall
The Cherry Blossom Mall (usually affectionately known as "The Blossom") contains a variety of shops, representing both big box stores and small specialty shops. If you have a need to satisfy a material urge, chances are that the Blossom can accomodate you.

Oh, and please feel free to browse our selection of illegal firearms downstairs--just make sure you know the password before you enter, the guards can get a little touchy about these things!

This is also where Alexandria's resident s'darok, Penelope Webster, has her cake shop.

The Great Library of Alexandria
The Great Library is modelled after the famous structure in Egypt. It is a testimony to how freedom of thought can emerge from oppression. The grand goal of the library is to obtain one copy of every book in existence, hence, the library is home to many obscure tomes of lore and the Magi who work there jealously guard these forgotten tomes from everyone else. However, an especially sneaky individual might be able to steal a couple.

Congregation Headquarters
Congregation is the official headquarters for the members of the conservative Ludder party. Its members are responsible for spearheading much of the anti-psion legislation in the city. Rumour has it that they are also carrying out criminal acts against the non-normal community in the city. However, no evidence of these activities have ever been found.

Note: Congregation does not admit psions, altered humans, or other paranormal species into the building. However, most members of the supe' community send in their share of normals who act as spies.

The Underground
The Underground, the darker, twisted reflection of Alexandria. Only the strongest of psions and non-human species dares to walk these streets alone.

The Underground is home to the Black Market, where any sort of good or service can be found--often at a terrible price.

The Chateau Clique
The Chateau Clique is the name given to those houses that belong to the upper crust of the city. Only the richest and most powerful citizens can afford to live here.
Recently, the Chateau Clique has become the preffered residence of demons and Hellesvront agents when not attending to the Prince's every whim.

**This is one of the districts where your characters (if they make enough money or know the right people) can live.**

The Via Angeli
The Via Angeli (Way of the Angels) is the site of middle-class housing, and is where the majority of Alexandrians live. While normals and psions make up the bulk of its residents, it is not uncommon to know someone who may be from a non-human (or altered human) species.

Recently, the homes of suspected non-humans have been vandalized and firebombed, and most of them have opted to return to their local nests until the danger has passed.

**This is one place where your characters may live. It is expected that most psions and normals will live here, depending on their economic circumstances.**

Cacophony
Cacophony is the housing district set aside for the various "riff-raff" of the city as well as lower-income individuals.

Cacophony is also a great place to live if one wants to convince others that they are poorer than they actually are, which has its advantages.

**This is another place where your characters can live, if they so choose.**

The Temple of the New Dawn
The white-walled Temple stands serenely in the centre of the compound. It has three doors: two smaller ones which lead to storage facilities and sleeping quarters, and a larger one which leads to the Temple proper. The Temple represents all that the Fallen hold dear, and is the one place where they can truly be themselves.

Living Quarters of the Fallen
This is where the A'nankhimel under Sarks have their quarters. They are tall structures, with openings in their roofs so that the Fallen can stretch their wings if need be.

Sarks' private chambers are located in this area.

**A Fallen character may choose to live here rather than take up residence in the city proper.**

The Grounds
The grounds are where the residents of the compound can interact with each other outside of the Temple ceremonies. This is also where the sparring ring is located, where residents may go to hone their skills with various weapons.

Hell
The abode of demons, Hell is where Lucifer has his Court. It is an alien environment, and one which few non-demons ever see.

**A demon character may choose to live here, rather than in the city proper.**
